Great Comfortable Experience.”
Our stay at Hotel International House Osaka was great. The area is clean and peaceful, great for long walks and going about the area. It's accessible and convenient and just a short walk away from 2 train stations and a bus station to and from kansai international airport. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores and malls along the area so everything is within a comfortable distance. There's an organic shop near as well, a do-it-yourself laundry shop, coffee and tea shops, ice cream shops and authentic japanese restos as well as lots of temples and zen gardens. The hotel staff are very friendly and very helpful and always with a smile on their faces. The rooms are clean and well ventilated and well supplied. We received a lot of freebies as well when we checked-in so it was a plus. The hotel is just a few train stops aways from Dontonbori (Namba station) and Tennoji Zoo and Park. Overall, we had a great stay in this hotel and I recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Osaka.

If you stay here. You are nearby Osaka Municipal Subway (Tanimachi 9 Chome St.) and Kintetsu Line (Osaka-Uehonmachi St.) Unfortunately for JR Pass user the nearest St. for JR are Tennoji (2 Km) about 1000 yen for taxi. There are restaurants nearby abd also small department stor 'Hi Hi Town' full of restaurants. Nice hotel overall.

My wife is still feeding our baby by breast milk. Even though, our baby was not traveling with us at Osaka, however, we still wanted to keep the breast milk back to home for his day care. This hotel was very kind to help us to store our breast milk in their refrigerator by frozen. Everyone at front desk didn't feel bothered and help us to bring our break milk bag out everyday for us to put more in. When we almost ran out our milk container, the front desk gave us good suggestion to see if we could have it from Donki. Fortunately, we did it. The hotel is very close to main rail station. Around 8mins by walk. And you can take bus from airport to hotel easily.

Awful breakfast but otherwise very nice ”
Other than the horrible breakfast the Hotel International House Osaka was better than expected. The rooms are standard size for Japanese hotels but modern and clean. The staff was very friendly and the "welcome gifts" a nice personal touch. The area of Tennouji is actually very nice.

The room was clean, friendly and helpful staff. Our kids was happy to stay in and definately we will stay here again if we visit Osaka. But too bad the location is a bit far to walk in, wish if there were buses or pick up facility from hotel ;)

Our stay at the hotel was splendid.”
We were six travelers who stayed at four rooms of the hotel, and all of us had similar assessment - full satisfaction concerning the room and the staff. Our only concern is its distance to Uehonmachi Station, we had to walk for about 10 min. but this is not a big deal as we enjoyed walking seeing shops and with nice weather being not hot.

Overall very satisfied”
Overall Full Satisfaction. Only one thing i don like is when at night, you cannot find the Hotel. The Logo of the hotel only can be seen with daylight. I reach at night 11.30pm due to late arrival. Planned my walking distance very well from the nearest 8minutes distance from train station. Turn around there for 20min and have to get a taxi to search the GPS. Proven to be true the the hotel is actually there but you could not find it. I strongly suggest the logo to be added with lights for ease of finding. Wifi provided. Towels changes daily. Complimentary gifts(available items are canned drink,coffee,tea,eye mask,coolfever, and stuffs) to be chosen per day. Staff able to speak satisfactory English. Near to laundry and Fresh market shop. Having said that the hotel is hard to find at night. If given a choice to travel back to Osaka i will still back to this hotel because i already know how to walk there.

Pretty nice. Close to Dotombori, also close to subway. There are supermarket, so, you can buy snacks and beers more cheaper than convienince store. I would be back again if I travel Osaka again

No-frill accommodation with amazing hospitality spirit. ”
A hand-written greeting card, cookies and kids amenity kit, very decent breakfast and even a complimentary can of chuhai/beer. I am in shock. All I expected for this budget accommodation facility was a plain spacious room for my family. Good job in this very competitive hotel business environment. I highly appreciate your hospitality spirit.

Overall it's a great hotel for cheaper stay”
Overall it's a pretty decent hotel. Staffs are polite and helpful. But some staffs' english is a bit hard to understand. The breakfast is pretty good, not much variety but taste good. The funny thing is there is a switch on the wall said it's air conditioner. So we turned it on. But the room got even hotter and dryer. We both got fever after that night. Later we found out it was not cold air conditioner, it was heater -_- They provide some little gifts and food when we first entered the hotel.

The hotel near train station with great receptionists”
The hotel is not far from Osaka-Uehommachi Station, non-JR train. It takkes 5-10 minutes walk from the station. The guest room is good. There are all basic facilities in the room. The breakfast is basic japanese and western breakfast buffet. The service is great! The receptionists is very attentive. However, the price is pretty high. it could not be as expensive as now.

Quite location in residential area, good and helpful English speaking staff ”
Hotel is located in residential area, but has a lot of restaurants nearby the area. Kintetsu station is 10-15 minutes walk, so it’s easy to go to Kyoto and Kobe. The airport limousine bus stop is 10-15 minutes walk and it’s located near Kintetsu station. If you wanna go to namba, walk 10 minutes to Tanimachi9chome subway station and take 2 stations. Hotel provides free breakfast during 7-9 am and kid can stay for free in twin room type. However, the building is quite old so I can hear the noise outside my room. The room has been renovated so it’s quite new and clean. However, if you wanna have fancy decorations, please don’t select. I don’t mind about the decorations, so I think this place is fine.

Somehow close to train station”
Stayed here for an event that is at the same location as the hotel. Building and rooms are old but very clean and cosy. However the bed might be too soft for people with back problems. Breakfast is just ok, nothing to shout about. Staff's english capability is limited so prepare a translator if you need to request something like an iron, extra towels etc. Location is about 5-7 mins walk to the train station, and there's a lot of food, convenient stalls and two malls within that walking distance as well
