      7 hours without power or running water!”

      I would have given this hotel a decent review but for the terrible way that management failed to handle a seven hour power outage. No running water, including no toilet flush. There was zero general apology to guests, zero contingency planning for what you should do if you needed to shower/ make wifi phone call or use a toilet urgently. I’d be disappointed with this - both what happened and how it was dealt with in a cheap backpacker hostel 30 years ago. I asked twice for a short meeting with management and was ignored.

      The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms are great. The tiny pool is nice to get away from the heat although it would be good to have some shade, otherwise it is unbearable and not so pleasant. Great shower!

      Beautiful place. We booked a cheaper room without a view as I was over climbing stairs and it was only for one night but the best bed so far!

      Very secure, very clean”

      Very new and we'll kept property, with a very peaceful rooftop pool. The AC worked great. Do note there is no fridge in the room. Yes there is nearby bar / restaurant music, but it was over by 10pm every night. Wonderful staff and great location.

      Great location”

      We stayed 2 nights on a trip to Tikal. The a/c was fabulous as it was hot. Staff was great. Bed was comfy. Good shower. Ate breakfast at restaurant and it was good. Located 2 blocks from lake. Also free shuttle to airport was a nice bonus.

      Mooi stadshotel! ”

      Uitstraling, ligging en prijs

      We vonden dit echt een erg mooi hotel. Het is hip, mooi afgewerkt en de ligging is super. Vanuit onze kamer hadden we uitzicht over het stadje en naar het meer! Het hotel ligt 2 straten van het meer en vlakbij alle gezellige restaurants. We hebben geen spijt gehad van deze keuze. NB. Er is geen ontbijt onbegrepen, maar er ligt wel een restaurant naast het hotel.
