Notice for Parking”
Only small cars can be parked in the parking lot (mechanical parking). If there are many people driving, its limit park space in the hotel so should park car outside. This hotel feels like the old one renovated some room facilities, water will flow to the floor when taking a bath, and the room is dark. They had a very large bad. Every thing quit good.

A Tad Bit Outdated but Very Roomy and Mood-some Lighting”
As much as I love the city of Xinchu I have to complain that the breakfast was nothing near the breakfast food offered in the photos on the websites. Maybe another day, but the day that I woke up here, the best food was the coffee and soft rolls. I'll eat anything, but this breakfast was very dull. I cannot say anything else about this place that the consumer would want to know other than that it's a little dusty, and their air vents need to be cleaned. The room is pretty big. It's not a bad choice but I would not return. Desk staff pair of females were good, intelligent, and impressionable. Actually, all of the staff seemed like really good people. This subtle attribute can offset any negatives. The lobby has a good feel to it. Location is excellent if you want that part of Hsinchu. If you can find Cathay Insurance at 150 Minzu Rd, to its right is a great Dumpling and Noodle shop. Good hot and sour soup, good dumpling, wanton etc. Hsinch is too pricey. Why? I don't know.

Poor location, hotel entrance, room light, and shower.”
Difficult to find the hotel, dark entrance, lobby, hallway, and room. Limited parking space, misplaced parking sign that mislead to other residential parking lot and difficult to get out. Poor shower bath tub design that shower curtain can not prevent water out flow to the floor. Breakfast is okay. but the breakfast service personnel are very nice.

Normal hotel with cheap rate”
The hotel is a bit old, but is still comfortable to stay. The breakfast is normal but: if you go to eat before 8:30 a.m., you will not have fry eggs because the kitchen staffs are busy; if you go to eat after 8:30 or 9 a.m., you will not get the food if the food has run out - it will not be re-filled. The hotel staffs are friendly, but you may not get good help because the city does not provide enough tourist information. One good thing about this hotel is that after about 5 minutes walk, you reach a SOGO mall. You can talk its shuttle bus to go to its other SOGO mall in the town. From there you can walk around for your sight seeings, and enjoy good food in town.

I booked the date wrongly and only found out when we reached the hotel front counter. The staff Ms Rich was so kind, she helped us out by contacting Agoda for us and rearranging the room immediately. The room was super nice and cozy! We had a wonderful time staying here. Highly recommended!!

We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staff really know how to take care of their guests, they really were so helpfully and friendly. It was rainy and we had no umbrella so one of the staff went to her car and let us borrow her umbrella which really was so nice of her.....

Staying near sogo ”
Room was very spacious and clean however, we booking online for a queen size bed and we got was Yeo singles merge side by side . Also, bed wasn’t very clean as I can’t manage to sleep thru the night , kept scratching around which did not happen on me during my same trip but in other hotel. I would say if you okay with the bed situation I had , u can consider this hotel .

Simple Hotel”
We chose this hotel as our relatives took this on as well and we just wanted to be in the same hotel. Surprised there was not only breakfast but also dinner provided. The carpeting was dusty the minute the lift opened to out floor on level 7. Good thing our room wasn't carpeted. It was quite spacious but the windows were opaque and couldn't be opened. The flushing system isn't strong and it it got stuck on the last night. Proximity of the hotel is not good. But a taxi ride will bring you to your location easily. The staff were friendly and helpful.
