Hotel is in the ideal area, close to everything. The room and Hotel was perfectly clean. Room was a bit small but not the end of the world at the end. Would use Jacques De Molay again!

The night desk attendant told us that breakfast was included in our reservation. In the morning when checking out—and after enjoying their excellent breakfast—the morning desk manager told us that our room did not include breakfast. I appreciate that she believed us. Since her colleague gave us incorrect information, she did not charge us for the breakfasts.

Great location, clean and newly-renovated room”
Overall a very comfortable four night stay at the Hotel Jacques De Molay. The hotel is very well located in the fantastic Le Marais - it is fairly close to the Arts & Metiers metro, there is a convenience store just across the street, and lots of options for dining in the neighborhood. I liked that my hotel room was cosy and comfortable, the bed was firm and the shower was great. It's misleading to call the room I was in a "Business Room" - the desk was a tiny triangle that would barely fit a laptop and mouse, and the wifi signal was very weak. However, I was there to enjoy Paris, so these were not serious concerns for me. If you are a business traveller, you might want to request a room with a stronger wifi signal.

I would book this hotel again. Located off a top shopping street and next to a park, Molay is far enough from the centre of town to feel like a village hotel, and yet only 10 minutes walk to the Seine. Surrounded by bistros, little markets, decor stores and quaint alleys, Molay puts you right in the heart of fashionable Le Marais.

Perfect getaway”
Located in the Marais quarter of Paris, this hotel was a wonderful find. The room was small as are most rooms in Paris, but comfortable, clean and very pretty. Staff were really helpful. The location for us was perfect, a 5 minute walk from the metro or we could wander around the Marais and all its streets and cafes. There is a supermarket close by when needed and plenty of options for places to eat. If I go back to Paris this will be top of my list

Cozy hotel, quite convenient location”
We arrived early morning off a long haul flight and lady at the front desk kindly offered us a coffee and early access to a room. Hotel had a sauna and gym, which looked in good order, but we didnt have time to use. Coming from Asia, 12 Euro seemed a lot for their breakfast, but seemed ok once we adjusted to Paris prices. Desk staff were very helpful with travel info.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, the location was central enough for a lot of wakable activities in Paris, and the room was comfortable and clean, if not small by US standards for hotel rooms.

Good location and area”
We were disappointed on arrival not to have a room on the 5th or 6th floors (for a view), even though we had emailed ahead (but not received a reply). The check-in staff advised these rooms were taken. Even though we had a front street view on the second floor the room was nice, not noisy, comfortable bed, clean and recently refurbished (and of course small as I believe all rooms in Paris are). It seemed some minor finishing touches were still necessary (numbers on doors), bathroom door not closing properly, impossible to shower without soaking the bathroom floor. The only additions I would make would be a safe and kettle in the room (as well I would have liked to receive a reply to my email requesting a specific floor). Hotel is in a great and lovely location (for restaurants, sights, boutiques, even a weekend flea market around the corner) and given this seems good value. Reception staff very helpful on last morning to arrange a quick taxi for us.

The hotel is a little bit quirky adding character, the room was well equipt and nicely decorated, the bed was comfortable and had a free minibar! for a cheeky romantic getaway at an affordable price I would highly reccommend.

Great Hotel full of character”
Loved this hotel and its in a great location. Great little cafes on the corner for a people watching drinks and cheap eats. Loved our room which had french doors out to a little terrace, nice touch. Lift worked well. Room was comfortable. Small but functional bathroom. Recommend and it is great value for money.

Clean and friendly hotel out edge of the Marais”
Felt the service here was a great standard. It feels like a safe and secure hotel. It is small and welcoming and would be comparable to a B&B in Uk. Very well looked after. Will return again although hope they have a simpler connection to the internet sorted by then.

Great for 1-2 nights as a solo traveler ”
My stay was short (1 night) but pleasant. The staff was friendly and helped me when I asked for it. There was some renovation going on in the lobby and I didn't see any F&B outlet. The hotel does not have amenities for longer stays, so it's great value for a centrally located, boutique chic hotel for a few nights.
