Nice, clean, very good location”
The room is very clean. Full facility for business traveler, including steam iron and ironing board, and very fast wifi. Location is super great. Staff at the lobby is also nice. A little inconvenience is that you have to take a lift from G floor to 10th floor (which lobby is located) and then take another lift to your room floor. But it doesn't take too long for each lift so it doesn't matter. No comment for breakfast because I didn't have one.

Very convenient to travellers”
Location is 100%. Very near to food shops and transport Room 90%. Every detail in our room are very helpful for travellers who wants to be organised even on vacation. Storage ia good. On suggestions would be a bath tub or a rain shower. Staff 100%. Very approachable. They also quick on responding when u need something from the housekeeping. Sent us gifts too for our anniversary. Facilities. We love the pool! Very safe for our toddler cause there is a clear barrier for kida pool and adults pool. View is amazing. Overall, we would like to stay there again. My son ask us to come back and stay there for 10 days. Haha told him we prob save first before we can do that. Thanms Jen hotel.

Exceptional”
Location is very ideal for families with kids. The rooms are clean. For some weird reason the vending machine doesn’t accept Visa card and bank notes. I asked help from the housekeeper named Truc and she was very helpful. She paid in coins for the Coke I was trying to buy. I offered my S$10 as payment but she said that it is okay and I do not have to pay for it. Hotel Jen must reward employees like her.

Awesome staycation”
This trip is to celebrate with my bf. It’s his birthday. The hotel was so friendly and thoughtful . They constantly ensure our stay was pleasant. 1)We feedback that the pillow provided were too soft and the brought up 4 firmer pillow immediately. 2)Staff at breakfast area was super pleasant, I mention to the staff at breakfast this we are staying here as it was his birthday. They gave him in-house cookies . 3) And upon checking out , front desk also presented him in-house chocolate . Overall the location is super convenient Value for money Great service from all staff. Will highly recommend others to try.

Same as what others are saying. Location is great! Near Bus and MRT stations. Very clean and the staff are friendly. Pool is amazing also! Bed is super comfy! No line during check in so it was fast and easy for us. You will also notice air purifier, sanitizer in every corner. Thanks for the awesome stay, we’ll definitely come back!

Very thoughtful”
Went for staycation with my bf to celebrate his birthday. I did not leave any comment about the purpose was to celebrate my bf’s birthday but while checking in when we had to scan our ID, the hotel staff must have saw my bf’s birthday and they prepared a small surprise for my bf. Very very grateful for this small gesture. Thank you hotel Jen orchard gateway. Location and facilities was great, highly recommended(:

Amazing hotel in the heart of Orchard”
You will not get better value than the Jen. It is located directly above the Somerset MRT station, and inside a mall, so easy access to get around the city, and hundreds of great quality food and shopping options. Will definitely stay here. The pool deck is amazing with views all the way to Marina Bay.

Good hotel, prime location”
Best thing about JEN is the infinity pool. When you're on the roof looking down, you'll hardly feel like you're in the middle of Orchard. Room is a little older than expected, but certainly not a dealbreaker. And facilities in room are all great! Except for an off-centre TV, i.e. the TV is not placed centre aligned to the bed, it's off to a side to accommodate the mini fridge/bar section. A little odd design choice, but again, not a dealbreaker. Check-in and out were all smooth transactions, front desk was immensely helpful and friendly as well. Food at Makan was great, their buffet serves up bite sized portions so you don't gorge yourself stupid (I still managed to do so though lol). Extremely easy to get in and out of - parking was easy, getting to the MRT even easier! Was a staycation for birthday celebration, so JEN even provided a box of chocolate after check-in. That's on top of the complimentary cake we got at dinner too. Great service all round!

Great location and wonderful staff”
Elizabeth was great with handling the check in delay and they have a good come back! Everyone else at hotel Jen was nice and the lifeguard even took the effort to play and interact with our kids who were both swimming. Will go back again!!

I wanted to end my S E Asia trip (one month Vietnam, one week Singapore) in the best hotel I could afford. For me, the JEN Orchard Gateway was it. I only wished I'd had more time to really enjoy the rooftop pool and bar, but I was out meeting friends and visiting old haunts

I stay at Jen 3 night and had very good experience with this hotel. Location good, near MRT , bus and u can shopping ever things with this place. Room was comfortable and my Mom like it a lot. Have ice machine for clients and u can take it every time u want. Just a bit problem when checkin ^^! Long time to wait, so i hope, next time when i come again, i don’t need wait very long time same before ^^.

1. Quiet, nice and clean. Room is big. 2. F&B aplenty to choose from at Orchard Gateway or 313 Somerset. Can also walk around Orchard and do shopping. 3. Gym and pool are both nice and clean too.
