Hotel Kameya provides a range services and amenities to help make your stay more comfortable. Never be out of touch with your contacts, with free Wi-Fi offered throughout your stay. Shuttle services provided by the ryokan make exploring Osaki even more convenient. If you plan to arrive by car, you'll appreciate the ryokan's free parking, right on-site.
Front desk services including luggage storage can assist with your needs. For lazy days and nights, in-room conveniences like daily housekeeping let you make the most of your room. Smoking is limited to designated areas only, for the health and well-being of all guests and staff.
Feel right at home during your stay at Hotel Kameya. Some rooms at Hotel Kameya are equipped with air conditioning for your convenience. In-room entertainment such as television and cable TV is provided for guests in some selected rooms. The ryokan also offers a refrigerator, a coffee or tea maker and instant tea in some rooms for when you feel like it is needed.
It's good to know that a hair dryer, bathrobes and towels are provided in some guest bathrooms.

Nothing starts a morning better than a delicious breakfast, which you can always enjoy in-house at Hotel Kameya. Everyone loves a good cup of coffee! A coffee shop on-site means you can enjoy a cup of real, freshly brewed coffee every morning -- or anytime you feel like it. If you don't feel like going out to eat, you can always opt for the delicious dining options at the ryokan. A night in at the ryokan's karaoke rooms and bar can be as fun as a night out with your travel companions.

Great Ryokan, slight walk from station”
A fantastic ryokan with very nice facilities and a wonderfully helpful staff; a 2-minute walk from the nearest convenience store and about 15-20 minutes from Naruko Onsen station. This hotel is wonderful, though you can tell it's a bit dated. But everything was super clean and otherwise well maintained. The hotel is also right next to the only convenience store in town (a 24-hour Lawson). The hotel has an amazing rooftop bath where you can see the entire valley during daylight. There's also an outdoor bath downstairs where on a clear night, you can see the full moon (though the bath itself is quite small). You also get a yukata with the room, with which to walk around in the hotel. However walking here from the station can be a bit of a trek, especially if carrying luggage. Do contact the hotel about the possibility of arranging a shuttle, especially if you're in a group with lots of luggage :) Otherwise, a solid 9/10, and a great stay when in Naruko! P.S. I can't comment on the breakfast or dinner because I booked the room option without them. :P

Even though the hotel is quite a distance from Naruko Onsen station, the hotel staff will pick you up if you ask the staff from tourist information desk to give the hotel a call when you arrive at station. The room is clean and spacious for my family of 3. Dinner was elaborate and tasty. Breakfast is buffet style and tasty too. Special thanks to Abe san who served us hospitably.

A pleasant onsen hotel ”
If you are looking for the onsen experience but not in a traditional ryokan this is a good choice. It is slightly dated and needs some refurbishment but it is comfortable. As is typical breakfast and dinner are included. Breakfast is a buffet and if you are after Western style it is limited. Dinner is fully Japanese and beautifully presented and very tasty.

Hôtel calme, un peu vieillot”
Séjour agréable, le personnel est très sympathique. Ils peuvent venir vous chercher ou ramener à la gare sinon 15 minutes de marche de Naruko onsen. Côté femme, lesbains sont petits, je ne sais pas pour le côté homme.

兄弟の還暦祝いの日帰りプランに参加するため、前泊しました。美味しい夕食を頂き、ふと翌日のお祝い膳が気になりました。フロントでためらいながらもどういうお料理になるのかとお伺いしました。ほぼ同じお料理らしいのですがこちらの意図を察してくださり、翌日は想像以上の別なお料理が並び、家族でまたも美味しく頂くことが出来ました。失礼な申し出かとは思いましたが勇気を出して言って良かったと思いました。お祝い会の打ち合わせも事前に万全のご提案を頂き最高の会となりましたこと、感謝申し上げます。本当にありがとうございました。 ここからは余談ですので上記とは別にしてください。 研修中なのか不慣れなスタッフさんがいらしたと思います。夜中、フロントで注意をされていた声が響いてたそうです。是非注意は陰でされると本人も委縮しないで その後会った時に「こんばんは」の挨拶に返答してくれるのではないでしょうか？ 亀屋さんスタイルであれば理解しますがお祝いの会の給仕の方は大ベテランの方でした。申し分のない給仕に順調に進められました。ただ介入度をもう少し控えていただくと、もっと内輪で盛り上がれたのかなあと思うところがありました。贅沢言ってすみません(笑)
