“Not worth the price and zero hospitality.”
I was looking forward to the reservation after seeing the playground and pool for children, the free drink bar and snacks, and the tempting buffet on social media, but I was disappointed with everything. - Child's playground → Although it was smaller than it looked in the photos, it had various activities and was fun. However, even though a large Plarail track was set up, the Plarail trains themselves were rented out for a fee every 30 minutes, which was disappointing. - Drink bar open from noon → I thought it would be available all the time, but apparently it's a limited-time offer, so those making reservations in the future should check. It was nice that you could bring drinks to your room, but sometimes the staff at the bar counter stood there without engaging with customers, just restocking, which made it feel like we were being watched, making it uncomfortable. While I think having staff is important for operations, if they could show more expression and consideration for customers, the satisfaction level would increase. - Pool → Paid. I thought, "Are they charging for this too...?" - Room → A Japanese-style room with a Showa-era feel. For children under 3 years old, you are charged an extra 2200 yen for co-sleeping. Additional sheets are also charged. - Buffet → I stayed for two nights, but the contents were almost the same. Dinner was charged for alcohol. Since they advertised an "Autumn Inclusive" on social media, I assumed the buffet would naturally include alcohol, but it was paid... that was disappointing. As the closing time approached, the dishes were quickly being cleared away, making it feel as if we were being told to leave quickly, which was unsettling. In particular, the male staff in a black suit, who did not smile and kept looking around for clearing up was uncomfortable. - Reception → Zero hospitality. There was no smile, and I could feel none of the willingness to support customers. I booked without knowing it was a room-only plan and felt down about the paid meals when I was told, “That’s why it’s 15,000 yen per person for one night,” with such a strong tone. It may be cheap for them, but I was shocked to be spoken to like that when I was already paying money. Also, upon leaving, there was no farewell, and after finishing the check-out process, the staff went back behind the scenes, which was disappointing. Basically, I was disappointed with how the staff treated customers. The only warmth I felt in service was from the driver of the shuttle bus and the cleaning staff. Spending nearly 100,000 yen for two nights with meals and pool access did not deliver the quality or hospitality expected. Even though there were many good things, the level of service was half-hearted, and the staff's responses were poor, making it feel like a waste of a good facility. I don’t think I will go there again.
