Super value for money ”
Directly opposite Kyoto station, so easy to get to the hotel. Our room was small with not much walking space but the room was very very clean and bed was comfortable. Not to mention, the facilities are very high tech. You can control all the settings from the small screen in the room and I thought that was really smart ! The free breakfast was delicious. Location wise, it is also 10 minutes ride to Fushimi Inari. Will stay here again for future Kyoto visits.

Best location, just across the street from Kyoto station, walking distance to Aeon mall. The hotel feels modern and new. Room space is relatively spacious compared to other 3 star hotel with similar price range. It is very efficiently designed for a comfortable stay. Quick check in and check out process. Got free breakfast although I didn’t book the breakfast-included option. Highly recommend and will stay again if I come back to Kyoto.

Nice hotel just across Kyoto station ”
My reviews: 1. Kyoto station is just across the street 2. Aeon mall, seven eleven, and other nice restaurant are around the hotel just for a few minutes short walk 3. Free breakfast ( but the variety is limited ) 4. Free coffee and soft drinks from 3pm to 8 pm 5. The rooms are very clean 6. Recommended hotel

Excellent hotel, opposite Kyoto JR station just 2 min to cross the road, everything is so clean and organized in hotel and hotel room. Appreciate the daily free breakfast. And this hotel is not very expensive to begin with for the twin rooms. So nothing to complain about! Will come back to stay again!!

The hotel is just opposite to Kyoto Station and is near to alot of shopping mall. Aeon Mall is just 5mins walk from the hotel! You could even walk from the hotel to Toji Temple which help you save 230yen of train fare. Will definitely come back again to stay at this hotel!

Conveniently located directly opposite Kyoto station. Use the Hachijo West exit for quick access. Also very close to Aeon Mall for shopping needs (Daiso etc ). Room was clean, spacious and designed with modern standards -much more so than usual for Japanese hotels in this price range. The hotel is also highly committed to SDGs which is another positive. Breakfast was included and offered a decent selection, but the spread is the same everyday and the restaurant can get very crowded during the peak breakfast hour. All in all, excellent hotel and would stay again if visiting Kyoto.

Location is literally right across from Kyoto station, room size is great given the amazing location. We visited Kyoto, Nara, and Osaka via JR trains and stayed here the entire time, and the location made things so much easier. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Kyoto next time.

Very conveniently located. the tram stop is located right in front of the hotel. The hop-on-hop-off tourist bus (green route) also stops opposite the hotel.
