Cozy hotel”
Check-in was smooth and the staff were very helpful when we asked for help in getting a cab. Located near a train station, so public transpo is accessible. There is a 7Eleven nearby. Each of us had spacious individual beds but was squeezed together as one big bed. Space is quite small for a group of 3 adults, but it's normal for Japan hotel as expected. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and had a good experience.

Wonderful hotel”
Hotel was clean, staff were super helpful, I had so much space in the room especially in comparison to my Kyoto hotel where I couldn't walk or place my suitcase anywhere. Fantastic location I only wish I stayed in Nagoya longer to enjoy the city and I would positively stay here again if I did.

We enjoyed our stay since the room is a bit more spacious than the usual in Japan. Nice neighborhood with nearby convenience stores and restaurants. The staff are super helpful and friendly.

If you can find a room at this hotel for cheap enough, it would be worth it as it is rather far from everything. Clean enough and rooms look relatively new still. Stayed on a weekend and the area around the hotel was pretty rowdy and loud from all the bars/nightlife around the area. Bonus is the windows in the rooms that you can open a bit to get some fresh air circulating. Asked for an extra blanket and the staff told me they don’t have any which I thought was very weird.

As said above, i booked it during sale and there was a huge discount. We booked a double bed room and it was worth it. It was spacious, with a window facing in front of the hotel, with complete amenities and more. Will definitely book it again on our next trip!

The edge of Sakae”
The room is bigger than we think, compared to other business type hotel in Japan. There is even a sofa in the room. The interior is new and modern. It is located on the edge of Sakae. It takes around 10-min walk to the shopping center.

The hotel is located between 2 metro stations. It takes only 5 min walk to either station. Seems that the main customers of the hotel are businessmen working nearby. Washing machines, vending machines and iron boards are available. I think it’s sufficient for tourists, too. The staff service is excellent. The room is comfortable. Soundproof is quite good. You won’t be easily disturbed by the noise in the corridor when other guests walked pass. The price of the breakfast buffet is slightly too high, given that there is not much choice of food. May consider having breakfast in restaurants or café around the hotel.
