Brilliant Hotel in excellent location”
central location with 15-20 minutes walking distance to most attractions, opposite palladium shopping center with shopping and restaurants. Staff especially the Adele room staff serving breakfast are very helpful, polite and considerate. They go out of their way to help you. Room was spacious with very comfortable beds and nice soft pillows, good choice of tea and coffee making facility in the room. Bathroom was amazing with very nice shower. WE used the swimming pool and gym facilities which was amazing. My only negative comment is restriction of the swimming pools to certain hours for all except executive suites is beyond any logic as you would expect this facility as a five star hotel

I loved the romantic vibe and the cocktail lady in the lounge. Excellent location. Small but cute spa and swimming pool. Breakfast caffchino is delicious. My kids loved French Macarons on the entrance.

Been to this hotel for over 10 years Been absent for the last 3 years.....on my last visit the hotel and the quality of the staff and the service has not changed. Probably one of the best hotels for value and service in the EU. This is a direct result of a good management.....this is not new for this hotel this is the normal. Looking forward to my next visit.

All good except that the internet was very, very slow. Also , when I went to the bar the staff were very inattentive and suggest you go to the restaurant instead where the staff are very good, along with the food and view (assuming you are sitting outside)

Not a 5-star hotel but still good”
The hotel is presented as a 5 star, but it truly is not. The check-in takes some time, as the reception is very small. Rooms are clean and spacious but without any nice details. The shower was leaking all over the bathroom and the AC did not work properly. Breakfast is a standard good one. Location is top. All in all, it is a good 4 star hotel.

A five star hotel which came into its years, but, one of the best locations in Prague”
You can tell, that the hotel needs some refurbishment, the best days are gone. When I stayed there last time, some five years ago, everything, bathrooms, carpets, etc were still in best shape, but nowadays, many things seem to be worn out and rooms need a major refurbishment to maintain the status of a leading 5 star hotel, which they Claim to be. A big plus is the location, you cannot have a better one in Praha. Staff is extremly friendly and helpful.

Best Location but...”
Best Location in Praha but some of réceptionnist were not kind and does not have proper manner for welcoming tourist. Plus the restaurant-Adele provides a hotel guest with 20% discount but the taste is not good as much as our expectation. However, this place seems to be very popular to local people but still quite expensive. FYI, The breakfast is served at Adele as well and the food is fresh and well-organized.
