Nice rooms but karaoke outside”
Nice hotel but when we arrived there was only 1 room available... without window. After a hard men's conversation they felt very guilty and promised to change the room the next day and make a compensation about which they forgot afterwards. If you decide to stay in the hotel, definitely take the room with the window: cause everything is new, the smell of paint is very strong, in rooms without windows it is better and some and the smell is less. Outside there is a karaoke bar and it is quite noisy till 5 o'clock. There places to eat. Parking can be a bit difficult in the evening. Need to plan the time cause of the traffic jams in that area. There are places to eat out around.

Great hotel but karaoke bar in front of it”
It is a new hotel, well-planned, cozy and comfortable and decorated in a good manner. The ground floor of the hotel is the shop. The room has a kettle. We liked everything very much but the karaoke bar in front of the hotel so had to listen to 'singing' till 3+ (it is ok if you can sleep with noise). And also need to plan your travel time staying there cause it is a traffic jam area at a certain time if the day.

Excellent budget hotel near Putrajaya”
This new hotel is very well located for visiting Putrajaya. The staff are very helpful, and the location is excellent regarding food stalls & restaurants- there are about 100+ within a 5 minute walk. The rooms are clean, adequate size, showers are hot and a "continental Breakfast is included". Just below the hotel is a large, well stocked "mini Mart". We will definitely return.

The room was clean & good enough for the price offered. Very near to the local chinese restaurants & just 1 min walk to AEON Taman Equine. Airport is just 40 minutes away.

Nice hotel location.. and staff are friendly...”
its their hotel opening was the first time i stayed here and i was so disappointed because i forgot my room key inside my room and i asked the f.o. to open it with their duplicate but i was surprise when they told me that they dont have it! i wondered why other rooms having a duplicate key but this room 102 doesn't have. the f.o. get a lot of keys and try to open the knob but he failed. then he offer me to stay to other room while they waiting for the maintainance comes from kajang branch.

Reasoanble priced for budget travellers”
Simple quiet and no frill hotel. Amble varieties of local food. Easy accessible from airport. One draw back is the hotel does not provide parking areas. Hence one has to park at public parking bays along the road.

Small room but very comfy”
Having some trouble to find the hotel as it is not on GPS. The room is quite small. I think the wall is very thin so not very good sound-proofing. But still a good bargain for the price. Good location for people with business in Putrajaya.

Staff at KK hotel does not serve customer as well, they are efficiency in working and lead to the late process when getting check -in.Therefore, customer will face time consuming problem as well as inconvenience when waiting. Besides that, they also not checking which room are occupied this as a customer, we need waiting them to go up stair and checking the particular room. Nowadays, with the face-pace and advance technology suppose it will easier for them to handle all of this by using computer. Hope KK Hotel able to provide good services in term of staff

Overall for this hotel is satisfaction. Staff at counter serve customer politely and try to fulfill the needs that customer want. Hotel room is clean and the price is reasonable. This location is full with all food stall around this hotel and it is good for those who like to eat all different taste of food.

The room was rather large for its price, the only flaw was the fact that the staffs were inattentive and unfriendly. There was one time when a customer loudly argued with the staffs due to booking problem.

Good Hotel, Value for Money, Best for Traveller”
This is my third booking and I was stayed for 4 nights. Prefer to stay at KK Hotel because it was really close to shopping mall and minimarket, easy to find food for lunch or dinner. Overall this is one of good hotel in putra jaya area.

Clean Room but Noisy”
room is small but clean and comfortable. you will find it is difficult to rest as the staffs like to talk loudly during day time and at night; sound from nearby karaoke will disturb your sleep until 3am. however this hotel is quiet near if you have business at cyberjaya and putrajaya. finding food is easy as kk 24hours store just below the hotel, mcdonald nearby, and jusco shopping complex just opposite the hotel.

The location is surrounded by shoplots and pasar malam therefore it is difficult to find a parking space. It's only a 2-storey building therefore no lift so get ready to carry yr heavy luggage :)

Good friendly staff, clean room and value for money. but not good for sound-proofing from another room. Shopping Tip: Near to AEON Mall and mini mart. easy to get all you need during your stay. Restaurant Tip: very close to Warong Pak Maidin. One of famous local restaurant in Malaysia. very recommended
