So much better than a corporate ”
Good bits - Its a lovely , unusual , quirky hotel with bags of character , staff are great , we had trouble with WIFI but staff were helpful and got it sorted , easy to walk to Louvre Pont Neuf areas lots of cafes and shops --not so good , there are bars and cafes right outside and the noise from them can disturb, double glazing and thick curtains block out the worst but light sleepers may find it a problem if you are in lower rooms , that was the only downside for me. Oh and real coffee in rooms please - nescafe is NOT good !

Good location near Louvre Museum”
I highly recommend this hotel for couples who want to spend their special moment like Wedding Anniversaries. We've spent our 10th yr wedding anniv here and we were to satisfied. I love the Marie-Antoinette room, so cozy for occasions like anniversaries. Also, it's good place if u want to be near Louvre Museum and other tourist spots in Paris. Will definitely come back in the future!

Amazing location. Romantic ”
Konfidentiel is in a brilliant location, on quiet backdtreet of Rue Honore with hip cafes and restaurants. 1 minute walk from the big high street and very close to metro station Louvre Rivoli. It is a 5 min walk to Louvre and the Seine River.

Lack of communication ”
Stayed at the duplex suite for two nights. First night i had to sleep on the sofa due to the unknown noise in the bedroom. Hotel staff couldn't provide any explanation nor offered any compensation. Second night - tv wasn't working due to internet issue - emailed / phoned no response. Totally lack of communication and service!

Pretty hotel that’s it”
Pretty hotel in a great location, other than that the WiFi and tv didn’t work. We asked for 2 single beds and they gave us one bed. When we asked for at least 2 separate blankets they said they would get it for us but they never did. The bathroom shower door was so hard to open as the floor is slanted so you had to scrape the door across the floor to open it and get in. They are only staffed 7AM-9PM so if you plan on doing late check in there will be no one there to help you.

Beautiful hotel”
My husband, mother, and almost 2 year old recently stayed at this hotel and loved it. The staff were so attentive during our stay. On our last day, while waiting for the taxi to pick us up, the staff made sure to have warm milk for my son's bottle and made us delicious coffee. I'm not sure if all of the rooms are two stories but ours was, so that made it a little nerve wrecking having an active toddler in the room. If you do have a young child who loves to climb everything like mine does, this place might not be the right one for you. :) The location is perfect, only a few blocks from the Louvre and many restaurants in the area to choose from. We'd definitely stay again.

Unusual boutique hotel in the heart of the 1st arrondisement ”
Very quaint and quirky. One room per floor and a secret password to get into the hotel. The decor was unusual and interesting. The staff were very helpful but there doesn't seem to be anyone there after 7pm. The air conditioning was awful though and it was very warm in the room without the windows open. Great proximity to the Louvre and shopping so big plus points. Great if you want a romantic getaway place that feels a little clandestine.

It's totally unacceptable not to have seamless access to internet in 2019. The signal kept going on & off which meant important roaming fees for me. Also king size bed is in fact two singles one next to each other, and you would expect to have a coffee machine in the room as lots of similar hotels do in that area of Paris.

Awesome location, awesome staff but not clean”
Loved the great service and awesome staff. Room is a very good size for Paris. However I was disappointed to find it dirty: the carpet was full of stains, the bathroom also had too many stains on the marble. It's a pity as the rest was great, and the in-room breakfast was not only beautiful but really good!

Hidden gem”
Great location close to the center of the city, without the main street traffic noise. Also close to the metro. Clean rooms. Large rooms. Plenty of space to put your luggage. Bathrooms are spacious and clean.

I really hate how difficult it is to get to this horel when u come from the airpirt with your luggage by means of train. Takes a long walk to reach the place.

If you arrive late, hotel will leave your room key outside (completely unacceptable). Also, Agoda has poor business practices. Save yourself the security risk and book your travel with a reputable travel booking vendor.
