Not what was expected from the international perspective. ”
I chose this hotel because of the high rating for breakfast and the pool. The rating for the breakfast is one that arose from Indonesian input, so if you are travelling here keep in mind that the breakfast is pure indonesian. For me this was difficult. Also, although they have a pool, it isnt attractive and is surrounded by walls. Its primary use, I believe is for children to play in during weekends. Given that, the room was very clean, the bed comfortable, the staff very accomodating.

Helpful staffs and affordable price hotel”
It's my third stay at this small hotel. As a young families with 3 children I booked 2 deluxe rooms which are found clean and tidy. The staffs are very welcome with services are excellent to represent the javanese typical warmth. The location quite far from the main tourist attractions although they provide free shuttle to and from Malioboro from the hotel. Limited breakfast menu but overall we think it's fair considering the hotel affordable price. Best place for us traveller who just need the basic hotel services at its best. We'll be happy back to the hotel when visiting Jogja.

The hotel needs to improve: 1. Need to Include a sink and a mirror in the toilet, as it's very inconvenient to brush or shave without it 2. The Air conditioner was leaking in the room, so staff may need to check them.

This is a good budget hotel with everything provided within vicinity. Good room service, fast internet, quiet surrounding, clean, child friendly hotel and affordable price. The only drawback was the parking space. Parking space was too small to accommodate all cars.

First time booked and stayed here, we have booked for deluxe room and ask for twin beds since booking from agoda but when i am checked in there no twin beds room for deluxe they have just only one king bed size only ! i asked for twin beds because we are 2 person men and no guy also i saw the room info from agoda's they have a twin's for deluxe room when i saw at the picture, this matter may be agoda should have to make sure about room info properly. So for this problem the staff ask me to pay some charge to change room category for 2 single beds this is very disappointed. Car park is very small just accommodate ideal for 5 cars but they push to 8 cars. Nice, they wash your car for free. Far from city center because this hotel at north ring road of Yogyakarta.

Avoid unless you can tolerate loud noises”
Pleasant and reasonably clean for its price. However, I was shocked at 3:30am when the loud call to prayer of the mosque just behind came on and went on for 25 minutes. For the three nights I was here, I was awakened and kept awake by it. Very miserable.
