        Clean & helpful staff. Great view of the the lake como.

        The hotel is up hill...need a bit of up & down hill walk if u wish to go down to town....for elderly or with young children might not be suitable. Even though the hotel provided transportation 2 times in the morning and twice in the evening....but the evening timing is too early....unless u plan to have dinner at the hotel....nearby the hotel only got 1 restaurant tat served pizza but It tasted good.
