We stayed at Hotel Lake Star both before and after our trek to Poon Hill . The warm bath, comfortable bed and wifi was very appreciated! A little more expensive than other hotels in the area but it is well worth it. This hotel allowed us to really enjoy beautiful Pokhara.

I've confirmed in email that there would be airport pickup. All flight details were provided. However, after we arrived at the airport, everyone else was picked up by their hotel staff except us. We decided to take a cab. When we came to Hotel Lake Star, the female staff at the reception paid me back the cab money, and she said we had to call when we arrived so they would come pick us up. Well it wasn't mentioned in the email. Anyways, the next morning, in the car that took us to see the sunrise, a girl who shared the car with us had the same experience that no one came pick her up and she had to call to find out. The staff could do better by clarifying in the email to avoid confusion. Other than that, other things were fine. Our deluxe rooms had a view of the Fish Tail which was nice. Warm shower was good.

I stay Hotel lake star during my stayed on Pokhara. The staff are very super friendly and hospitable. The location is great.The room is very good and spacious. The bathroom is so good. They have Hand shower Rain shower and Hair dryer attached on Bathroom. Wifi is super fast. They have allovater facility as well. They have also cafe Bar and beautiful garden. Summaraized it was very good and i have a happy stay at Hotel Lake Star.

Hôtel bien situé et propre dans l'ensemble mais: - L'accueil est sympathique mais pas toujours efficace. - Notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyée malgré notre demande. La réponse a été oh! j'ai oublié! - Quand on prend la douche, la salle de bain est inondée. Le rideau ne protège que les toilettes! Vous pataugez ensuite dans l'eau... - Internet fonctionne de façon aléatoire - Impossible de payer en CB, machine en panne... Dommage!

一泊だけでしたが、きれいなホテルでよかったです。まえもってお願いすれば、バスターミナルまで迎えに来てもらえます。（帰りはタクシーで有料ですが）。 ちょっと部屋のお湯がぬるかったですが、それ以外はとってもいいホテルでした。 紅茶が（普通の）いつでも無料でいただけるのも助かりました。

지어진 지 몇년 지나지 않아서 전반적으로 깨끗했구요. 특히 화장실이 깨끗해서 고르게 되었어요. 중심가에서 7-8분만 걸으면 되지만 밤에는 좀 멀게 느껴지기도 하네요. 직원도 친절하고 다음에 오더라도 머물고 싶어요

Останавливались в отеле в апреле 2012 года, до и после трека в Верхний Мустанг. Отель удобно расположен, в 5 минутах ходьбы от основной туристической улицы в Покхаре, в 10 минутах - от озера Фева. В отеле чисто, красиво, удобно. Есть некоторые проблемы с питанием в отеле - готовят хорошо, но очень долго, из меню можно заказать не все - нет необходимых продуктов, нет ассортимента алкоголя.
