The hotel location is good. Its just that the registration is far away from the hotel. The receptionist need to escot me to room. Overall its OK and worth the price.

Pros: - spacious than expected (Booked room for 5 adults) - closer to highways - closer to shops - clean enough for this standard - free water bottles Cons - rooms are at different building, only reception is at front block (that too at 3rd floor) - no hotel parking, only paid parking is available (weekdays daytime is per hours, weekdays nighttime and weekend is per entry) - no water heater - no wifi (at that time, maybe different now)

Hotel stuff is friendly. Carpet not well vacuumed, bed sheets, pillow case and blanket don’t feels clean. Furniture very used. Bathroom floor level 1½ feet higher that room floor. My first time to experience this. Parking is good Many affordable and good food in the area. Don't seems to have wifi. Room rate is amoung the lowest in the area. Big room with lots of window.

Have stayed here before MCO so thought of staying again but was so surprised as previous room with window no more available and was given a windowless room which looked badly maintained. Aircond was cut off suddenly and room looked run down. Will not stay here again!

While the hotel provides you with literally everything you need, but it was not as you expect from the photos of rooms shown on the website. Though the room was big and quite comfortable to stay, but the location of the hotel was a little bit secluded, my toilet's door was already in bad condition with the toilet smelled of mothballs. The iron in the room was also not functioning.

Not Satisfactory”
We booked the room but during check in, they still not decided on which room we are. Plus, the management is not available to reached. At the same time, the previous customer claimed there is no toilet and towel available. The cleanliness was bad. Only have 2 staff, plus the receptionist staff only worked until 4pm. After that, we were neglected without direction. It was my worst experience ever for this hotel.

Hotel vs worker room”
We have been given bad room with bad condition (mastress, aircond, services) and the room seem like staff or worker room. Furthermore, they gave us a room which not being clean up (informed by the staff). We cancelled the reservation and find another accommodation which more comfort, clean & worth it with the price. This was my first ever bad experience.
