conveniently located, near to mtr
Reasonably priced
We have booked 2 rooms and were upgraded. Our rooms had a nice view of Pearl River. Room size is moderate. Service was fine. Overall speaking, a pkeasant experience.

Decent hotel with clean rooms
The restaurants within the hotel has awesome food
The hotel is a very busy hotel with lots of people on tours staying there. The rooms are old but clean and decent. However at night, you can hear the sound of people walking above your room if anyone was staying above you. Apart from that, it's a pleasant hotel.

Small Room And Bad Service
Located next to the pearl river
the hotel's king size is in fact a double bed which is smaller than a queen. toilet space is minimal. checking in experience was bad. i had to wait for them to switch around my rooms for 3 times and spent 2 hours for the rooms to be confirmed. mainly the main desk got confused if the room is smoking or non smoking. i speak mandarin but they are not even able to understand mandarin properly and only fluent in cantonese. and i thought it would be wise to ask the front desk on advice on how to get to the baiyun mountain but they directed me to take the train to a terminal station where there isn't any transportation available to get to the mountain. checking with the locals told me it is not even near the terminal station and to back track! front desk service sucks.

lovely hotel & hospitality
clean & comfortable
Have stayed in this hotel several times. The rooms are well kept and clean,brighter rooms lights is preferred. The location is great, getting around places from the hotel is a plus many types of transportation within the city and other places are available from the hotel. A very convinient place to stay and get around.

old room, bad service
good view, nice restaurant very good dim sum.
booked the elite room (very not reccomended) upgrade to business suite paid RMB210/night got very big room but old stayed, changed room to newly renovate. but still the noise its annoying. try not to stay at this hotel untill next two years after the done with the renovation. PS: you need to shout at them when u request the non-smoking room. during check in ask for the manager to get newly renovated room (the bed is soft)

two good restaurants in the hotel
Our 4 rooms were #1917, 1919, 1920 and 1923 **(toilets had a REALLY BAD Smell! something has to be done with the drains)** The hotel was rated 4 stars - from the lobby area, reception, staff it is just that 4 stars. There are two good restaurants within the hotel - dont get the bfast pkg. just take dimsum in these two restos in the morning. At night they serve ala carte meals and the resto on he 3rd floor serves Hotpot! :) there's also a good seafood restaurant at the left corner of the hotel (2-3 minute walk) - only problem is that its too big to have a get good service (we waited a looooong time for our food and bill to come out!)

Big Bed and Nice service
The Bed is Big and near to Metro Station
stay for 2 night, the room is enough for 1 family (2 children), have cts bus station to macau and hong kong, arrived from macau at the front of hotel.
