A wonderful hotel!”
From our arrival to our departure the staff were friendly, charming and couldn't have made us more welcome. The hotel is full of art and artifacts from the Belle Epoque, including a wonderful wrought iron lift. A wonderful couple of days in a wonderful hotel

Bourgeois charm”
Comfortable, a little old-fashioned, and distinctly Parisienne bourgeois in tone. Stay there and you feel that you have been in Paris, The only disappointment is the breakfast which lacks inspiration, otherwise recomended!

Hidden gem in heart of city”
Had a wonderful stay with 2 friends. Room was impressively large with a king size bed. We also elected to include a trundle/pull away bed, but we seriously could have all fit into the main one. Bathroom was almost as large as our London hotel room!! Came with a full bath and shower, and large double door windows to take in the great weather. They did have a breakfast option available for €13, but we unfortunately never had time to try it. There were multiple metro lines within a few blocks of the hotel, which was so great depending on where you wanted to get too. And also a massive shopping strip just a purple blocks away! This place is a blast in the past! But the place is clean, location is perfect. 12mins walk to Opera where the Roissy bus & Big Bus stops. Near Gallery Lafayette department store. When we arrived and settled, we walked to Sacre Coer then buy some food on the way back. The staff are nice, special mention to Madame Bojeno. We didn't have breakfast but it seems a good selction of food. Water in the washroom is strong, no issue in our room except a sqeeky floor but it doesn't matter to me, no one complains from downstairs anyway. Aircon isn't that bad, but I prefer colder. Given that Paris hotels are expensive, this hotel overall is worth it. Book thru Agoda - they take care of their client, seriously!

Old World Charm, Good Breakfast”
The hotel evoked an old world charm reminiscent of a bygone era which I see on period films. With that comes the expectations that some amenities will not be modern. Expect an old-style elevator which I actually liked for the experience, a squeaky bedroom floor, noises of doors being closed and showers being used from other rooms, and a bathroom door (in Rm 22) that is not easy to close (this needs to be fixed in my opinion). Breakfast selection was the same everyday but good. I love the freshly-squeezed orange juice and the freshly-baked croissants and mini baguettes (still warm if you are at the breakfast room at the right moment when the bread is served from the kitchen!). I also love the coffee with warm milk and the eggs which you boil yourself. There were also cheese, cold cuts, yoghurt, home-made jams, spreads, olives and fruits. The breakfast room is not big so expect a queue at peak hours. I suggest going early to avoid having to wait for a table to free up. Reception is 24 hours. There aren’t many resto options nearby. The Roissybus stop for CDG Airport is not very far, which is a plus for us, though we still took a short taxi ride because of our heavy luggage. The street where the hotel is located is quiet and safe. We didn’t have time to explore the area that much due to our short stay in Paris but it’s an interesting area to stay in. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay here again if I had the chance to go back to Paris.

Great atmospheric hotel in an ideal location”
We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at this hotel. It is small, clean and friendly. It is old but that adds to the charm. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the location, so near a couple of Metro stations, nearby cafes and restaurants. We did not choose the breakfast option here, there are coffee shops just down the street which worked great for us. We were able to walk to many places. Great for a short stop in Paris.

Classic Paris Hotel! ”
The location is nice and it’s 6 mins on foot from the metro station to the hotel. The room looks classic and spacious compared to the London hotels. Although the size of the bathroom is almost the same, a shelf is provided for putting the personal belongings and it’s more convenient for the guest. Although our room is on 5th floor, however, a traditional elevator is available to use. Everything is perfect and it’s the best hotel where I stayed in this trip.

Very good location, helpful and friendly staffs”
I had enjoyed my stay here a lots. I made the booking very last minutes with Single Room. When I arrived, Madame at reception was welcoming and did check in very fast. The had breakfast at the small room near reception, it's small but cozy. I like this hotel with very good and convenience location. 2 minutes you can get to metro and I walked a lots, many restaurants and shops near by. I took 30 minutes go to tourist attractions and 10 minutes walk to shopping malls. Thank you for very nice stay and I will comeback here soon.

Charming old-fashioned hotel with original furnishings”
I would stay here again, and in fact have sent another family member here since my stay a few months back. Central location, nice neighborhood for my purposes with good Metro, bus and train connections, friendly and helpful staff. Not much in the way of breakfast but there are plenty of bistros a block away. The old (or old style) furnishings were comfortable and well maintained, exactly the kind of room I want, and stocked with a long series of amusing books retelling the past two centuries of Parisian history based on gossipy newspaper articles. Great old hotel with lots of charm - spotless and comfortable. Suite was perfect with kids. Not worth it to do breakfast- charged extra and neither good nor breakfast were great.
