Very pleasant stay good value for great position”

Really pleasant as staff available 24 hours and had good english this hotel was in a great position to walk everywhere including the train station

Exhausting”

I specifically booked this hotel because it has a lift. We were travelling for 3 mths so each had a large 23kg case & I'm up for a knee replacement!!!! We were put in the 1st floor where there was NO LIFT. Surelty we should have been told - I booked early enough to get a room on a floor with the lift. No we didn't check 'cause your add sd there was a lift not " lift to certain floors only". Not happy. Pls reply.

Standard hotel for one night stay”

I stayed one night for a quick sightseeing. The room was quiet although I think the wall is thin. Entrance to the hotel is renovated but the room is old and no door with bathroom. I say Ok overall.

Centrally located hotel with very friendly owner!”

I had a great experience here. Friendly staff. Nicely renovated hotel. The rooms are stil "under construction".

Stayed two nights one night too long, small room.”

Its location was not good for us. It was central in Toulouse but not close to many attractions. we became good at using the underground.

Great location”

Wonderful location, near restaurants and parking. It is advisable to visit the city with a map, it is easy to get lost and, thus, avoid headaches. Breakfast is recommended. Rooms have a problem that I consider serious: The bathrooms do not have doors and, if you share the room, it is very uncomfortable to use it while the passenger is in the room.

tres bien mais l'hotel est vieux les chambres obsolètes le sol craque ont entend les clients du dessus, a part le hall rien n'est beau, cet hotel pourrait avoir 3 etoiles a condition a rénover la literie le decors des chambres meme le sol en bois est en pente dans les couloirs

Hôtel miteux , sale , inconfortable et moche !! Tout est à refaire du sol au plafond! Halle de l'hôtel trompeur par rapport au reste de l'hôtel

La chambre sent l'humidité, la porte d'entrée s'ouvre en l'aidant avec un coup d'épaule et la salle de bain est minuscule, sans aération est très très mal agencée (les toilettes se trouvent devant la sortie de devant la sortie de douche. ). En bref les chambres ne sont pas propres pas confortables, mais le personnel est agreable et l'emplacement est ideal.

Hotel vétuste ”

Alors tout d'abord nous somme accueilli par une petite equipe de deux personne à notre arrivé un peut triste et assez froid de visage. Pas de bla bla se qui est dommage ... Ascenseur minuscule si bagage une seule personne peut y monter. Chambre de bonne taille mais les prestation ne valle pas a mon avis se prix qui nous semble excessif. je ne recomanderai pas cet hôtel et je n'y retournerai pas.

Hotel tres agreable, chambre spacieuse (chambre superieur) et propre. attention les chambres standard sont trop petite.
