I expected more from this hotel. The room is just good. The real problem was the hot water to take a shower. It's almost imposible to adjust the water temperature to have a decent shower. The staff was great and really kind! Is the best asset of this hotel, The rest of it could be massively improved.

Il proprietario gentilissimo telefonicamente ci ha accolto spiegandoci tutti i comfort e le disposizioni dell’albergo, onesto ci ha riferito di un problema idrico aggiustato in pochissimo tempo da un tecnico. Onesto e preciso. Posto consigliatissimo, vista stupenda e la camera più che confortevole con tutti gli accessori. A++++

Struttura situata al 5 piano di un edificio con ingresso principale sul Corso Umberto I ,chiaramente provvisto di ascensore , ma anche le scale sono abbastanza comode da fare. Avevo chiesto una camera matrimoniale (con affaccio possibilmente su Corso Umberto I) ma ci è stata assegnata una camera con affaccio su un tranquillo pozzo-luce interno. In compenso era una tripla con tutti i confort aria condizionata, frigo piccolo (ma un po' rumoroso), asciugacapelli, tv, doccia e bagno pulite ed abbastanza comode, c'era anche un bollitore per thè e tisane. Chicca ...personale molto educato e gentile (un saluto al Sig Alfonso.) Lenzuola ed asciugamani ..pulite come i locali. Mi sento di consigliare la permanenza a chi vuole trovarsi al centro di Napoli e chi arriva qualche giorno prima di imbarcarsi in crociera, l'mbarco dista circa 300 mt.
