Exceptional
The only draw back was the limited amount of shelf space in the bathroom.

Small Hotel; clean; nice, helpfull staff; great location (great country as well)
This is a small, Independent Hotel without bar or breakfast, which was absolutely fine for me, because there are plenty of places around, which you can reach within just a couple of minutes by feet or public Transportation: bars, restaurants, Food Courts, the "carmel market" and of course the beach which is literally 3 minutes away by feet. The rooms are tidy, the staff is friendly and helpfull (they are not present 24 hours, which - again - was fine with me). The Location is central and great (see above). If youre just looking for a room in the City of Tel aviv and dont need the 24 hour all around Service of bigger Hotels I can recommend this without Reservation.

Rudest staff I have ever met
This is my second stay there as I decided to give it a second chance even though I was not very impressed with the quality of the hotel. I really regretted it. Here is why. 1. I had a very bad experience with the one of the staff (or possibly owner or Co owner) called Isac (or something like that). I had asked him once before the cost of getting a taxi from the hotel to the airport and he replied it was 160 shekels. The next day I wanted to confirm whether I had heard him correctly as I learned from calling the many taxi companies that the cost is actually between 140-150 shekels. When I asked him again the next da about the cost, he was so incredibly rude and ill mannered. I was so shocked and taken back as he actually shouted at me in a loud voice that he had already told me that it is 160 shekels and that it has always been 160 shekels and it will always been so. I have never in my life met such an uncouth person who really should not be working in a hotel. I am deeply hurt.

Very nice room and staff. Comfortable, quiet, and fantastic shower with ample hot water.
I woukd have preferred desk staff round the clock. But it didn't cause any issues.

High hopes......dashed.
location, mattress, wifi
Disappointing. We had to clean the place as it was dusty and the sidetables had sticky stuff on them. No one at reception and when the person showed, they provided no service. Room was not cleaned properly each day and bed linen didn't fit the bed! No room for the bags, no place to sit and eat. Certainly not a suite of any kind not even a junior suite. Best of all was the damaged floor outside the bathroom due to the leaking shower. This was repaired DURING our stay while we were out without our foreknowledge or consent. We arrived to find building materials, dirt and dust on our floor - not impressed. The loud cleaning staff outside our door early in the morning was also not appreciated. On our last day, the cleaning lady knocked on the door early in the morning to ask when we were checking out! How rude! I told her we'd go by the check out time and she gave me attitude.

Excellent for a quick trip to Tel Aviv
Location, Wifi, offer of drinking water in hall
Very good overall! If you want a conveniently placed small hotel for a few days in Tel Aviv, for a good price, then there is no reason not to consider it as a main option!

Modern, clean
Location, cleanliness, comfort
Very nice rooms, comfortable beds. Location is great, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Our room was small, but well appointed, other rooms looked larger. Friendly helpful staff, but somewhat limited hours at the front desk. Highly recommended.
