Good location, nice decorated room, refrigerator in the room
No room service, no elevator, have to check in, check out, and have breakfast at another location
The location is good, close to the square and the Castle. The room is nicely decorated. The staff speaks English quite well and was helpful. However, we expected a room service from the hotel but there was none. The breakfast was fine, quite minimum, and it sometimes took a while for the food to be refilled. There was no elevator. And because they have another hotel called Leonardo (50 meters away) with a few guests at each, we were asked to check in, check out and have breakfast at Leonardo. Although it was not that bad, it was just inconvenient. Overall, we think we didn't get enough for the price we paid.
