The hotel was closed, but they forgot to cancel us!”
The hotel was closed, but they forgot to cancel us and we already paid for our reservation. We arrived in the evening and we had a lot of trouble finding another room (and paid a LOT more than we wanted too for that last minute change of hotel due to their mistake). I called the one number that was on their closed gate, but they let us know that we were on our own and could email. I emailed reception asking for refund/compensation from our cancelled booking, but after almost 3 (!) months... still no response or refund. Don't go there!

Noche de Hotel en Sassari”
La verdad, me esperaba algo mejor al reservar un hotel 3***. El hotel está bastante aviejado, como de los años 70. El parking no está incluido en el precio de la habitación, se paga aparte y cuesta 8€/día. Solo pasamos una noche, pero no lo sentimos especialmente acogedor. En la habitación, el colchón es de muelles y no ofrece un descanso óptimo. Solo tiene 3 o 4 enchufes mal ubicados. El mobiliario es antiguo. Para dormir solo, sirve, pero por el precio, lo encuentro caro. En España hay mejores hoteles de 3***.

Hotel vicino al centro datato ma ben organizzato: abbiamo segnalato due problemi e la sera stessa sono stati risolti. colazione migliorabile (dal punto di vista della qualità quantità e varietà), pulizia ok, bagno della stanza completamente nuovo, personale: alcuni molto gentili e disponibili non tutti.

Mi avevano assegnato una camera comunicante con un'altra. Avevo già usato il bagno quando mi sono accorta che c'era una porta che metteva in comunicazione le 2 stanze. Anche se chiusa a chiave. Ho chiesto di cambiare, solo dopo mia insistenza sono riuscita a farmi assegnare un'altra camera, inizialmente mi era stato richiesto un supplemento. Inoltre avevo prenotato con Agora e a me risultava anche il parcheggio incluso. Ho pagato parcheggio.

Si trova in centro, vicino al Tribunale e a Piazza Italia, dispone di garage chiuso ed è possibile trovare parcheggio anche sulla strada di fronte gratis dopo le ore 20,00. Camere non recenti ma comunque gradevoli, con bagno ristrutturato e Sky. Personale alla reception professionale e collaborativo. Prima colazione nella media, si può cenare bene a 50 mt sulla stessa via
