Great Hotel with friendly and helpful staff”
My girlfriend, brother, his partner, a friend and I stayed at Hotel Leopalace for our Nagoya leg and found this hotel to be very spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very helpful and their English was very good. The rooms were comfortable, bathroom was a generous size and most of all very clean. The hotel provided a tasty breakfast (I highly recommend the Nagoya breakfast) which was always a great start to the day. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay at the Leopalace next time I'm in Nagoya.

Very nice hotel! Spacious Rooms!”
We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Leopalace Nagoya. The first room we checked into was on a non-smoking floor yet still smelled like it was smoked in. We subsequently requested a room change. No issues. The staff in the hotel were courteous and professional and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious by Japanese standards and the bathrooms were quite nice too. The only downside is the location of this hotel - which is in a quiet neighborhood that is far away from action. Make sure you rent a car if you stay at this hotel! Otherwise, recommended.

we stayed here two times during our trip in nagoya, in between a lot of sightseeing around the area. no complaints about this hotel. the beds are reasonably comfortable. the rooms are quite clean and big (for japanese standards). however, as mentioned before, the location is a bit awkward as it is in a quaint neighborhood. those who are driving have less of an issue however. there are plenty of cheap parking options around the hotel.

Big hotel and big room compare to lots of hotel in Japan. The bed is comfort. Location is great , it is only a short walk from subway station. They have a huge lobby where you can have free wifi there. When you check in they will give you a small souvenir .... Nice hotel will stay again next time.

A bit old, but good laundry”
Room is not very small. I like the bathtub, though only the back of my body is massaged. A bad smell near the shower curtain. Good breakfast though it's not buffet. I like the environment of the coffee shop. Good coffee provided in the room. Not very convenient location, but it's close to the underground station, just 5 minutes walk.

通路がガラス張りになっていて、センスの良い内装設計だと思う。部屋がとても広く開放感も良い。自由に使える洗濯機も何台か備わっているので長期の旅行にも便利。

今池の駅からは少し遠いですが、車移動ならば問題ないアクセス具合です。 なにがいいって、お風呂にジェットがついてるところ。 肩こりがひどい私たちですが、かなり気持ちよくバスタイムを過ごせました。

お客様の対応は100点満点でした。”
駅から徒歩7分ぐらいの所にあり、駐車場も完備。 ただ、私の自家用車の様に、体高のある車はホテルの駐車場に入りません。隣のトヨタさんのビル駐車場に駐車しなければなりません。（駐車料金：1000円） それを差し引いても、ロビー、サービス等、大きなホテルレベルの良さです。コンサートで利用した為、部屋では寝るだけでしたが、道路に面してはいますが、階上の方は静かです。 初めて車で利用する方は、目印や看板等が目に付きにくいので、通りすぎちゃう事もあろうかと思いますので、注意が必要です。（私だけか？）
