Great centrally located hotel with spa!”

Really enjoyed our stay here during the snow festival. Very centrally located with a short walk to all attractions (susukino, odori, etc). Also really liked the spa!

Great Stay”

Stay here, the onsen is lovely, the mosaic wall art is really admirable. IT was what caught my eye when the ad popped up on my search. Great products. FREE massage chairs! Room was really spacious, a little simple but all you need. The feel of the hotel is very calming, a nice lobby area with books to browse and a free coffee machine. Good location where I have stayed many times. Close enough to Susukino for some fun times out, but not close enough for it to be noisy. Would stay again.

Amazing Staff”

We had some trouble with our bookings, but the staff were very kind and help us through it. Standard sized room but it was very clean and comfy. The hotel has their own hot spring and massage and also free laundry and dryer.

Good hotel in Sapporo ”

Location: around 8 minutes away from the station by walk . Good location since it s near odori park Facility: nice and spacious room with public bath(if you keen to experience the Japanese way of life) . With massage chair too! Service: the front desk at the time when I arrive cannot speak english, but still they tried their best to explain to me the info. Plus! I had a mistake reserving a smoking room, so i asked for a non-smoking even I already entered the reserved room, with no hesitations, they allow to transfer me to a non smoking room and it s upgraded. One good trait, why I would definitely book this hotel again. Free coffee too!

Excellent”

Room was bright and reasonably spacious. Although the bathroom didn’t seem so clean when we arrived and the room layout is a little strange because the bathroom sink is outside of the bathroom. It was good that there was an onsen in the hotel but it is pretty basic/small.

Tenza has a tiny Onsen, washers and dryers for all guests to use. Airport liner bus stop is 2 block away, bus stop is opposite Hotel Abest Sapporo. Hotel staff will answer basic essential questions.

Lost items”

I forgot my bluetooth speaker when checking out. The next day i return, receptionist said no lost item was found. So i guess housekeeping staff didnt inform reception staff

Nice hotel for the price”

Pretty good size room, Helpful staff

Clean and modern! Staff is excellent. Only stayed in Sapporo for one night, and would consider staying at the Hotel Leopalace Sapporo in the future. Breakfast was decent, and located on the second floor. A little far from JR Sapporo Station, would suggest taking a taxi to hotel.

I stayed in the twin room of annex. Everyone in this hotel was so nice and the room condition was so much perfect. Especially When I checked in, I left my camera near the front table. Upon entering my room, I knew I had left it there. So I ran to the front as soon as possible, then the staff, who helped me check in, asked me why. I felt a little embarrassed and smiled saying 'Because of my camera'. Then he said 'I'm so sorry for not noticing and letting you know about that.' I was like, what?! Though the place I put my camera on couldn't be seen to him, he was very sorry for me. I was touched for his kindness. If I visit to Sapporo again, I'll definitely stay in here again.

We think that the hotel is great value for money with full facilities and peaceful area. Not so close to the public transport but in walking distance from the city-tram. Staff were very friendly and helping us a lots with recommendation. If we go back to Sapporo, we will definitely go back to this hotel

Good value for money”

Booked this hotel last minute, but turned out to be a good choice. Very close to the 狸小路 shopping arcade, and in walking distance to 大通公園. A bit far to Sapporo railway station. I had two big suitcases with me so I just took taxi there. Cost less than 1k yen. I also like the big bathing place on top floor, which is rare to see in the city. Generally a good place to stay.

Great location, 1 min walk to Tanukikoji. Friendly staff and parking uncle. Superb facilities, with microwave, vending machine , ice dispenser machine at common area, massage chair and onsen spa also available at top floor. Highly recommend this place for your trip to Sapporo.

My husband and I have a pleasant stay in Leopalace Sapporo and we recommend the hotel for couples who want to go for honeymoon.

The most amazing hotel we’ve ever stayed in Japan”

The location is just ok, but you could grab anything from 7-11 at the corner, less than 1 min walk. The service is good, I feel comfortable with it, however, when we step into the room, we both “wowwwwwww”!! You won’t believe your eyes that you have a complete living room, bathroom, small dressing room, and bed room in the 2nd floor!!! The color is nice and energetic, the room is clean, and ... you may want to spend more time in this temporary “palace” ;) this is highly recommended!! REALLY!
