Optimal value for money in Paris. Very clean. 1 min walking distance from the metro. Friendly staff. Rooms and common spaces are quite tiny (except the dining room maybe) but the place is well organized. They do also provide a electrical heating device just in case, but the building's heating was ok for this time of the year in Paris. Would come again for this price (booked 1,5 months in advance).

Reasonable hotel”
The hotel was very well located because it was near several metro, bus lines and Gare de l’Est. The block isn’t the best, you don’t feel safe, men approach you aggressively several times to promote small business nearby. The hotel is okay. The staff was very nice but the rooms were way to close to each other, impossible to open 2 doors from 2 different rooms at the same time. To access the rooms you have to get in a very very narrow hallway, so with luggage it was very impractical. The walls are paper thin, you can hear everything and more. It was quite difficult to sleep the first night because a family with small children were just next to us. But we called the room service and they called the room right away. The hygiene is questionable too, the towels were not folded, kinda thrown away when we got there, there were stains on the furniture and there was a shower curtain in the bathroom which is very unsanitary. In the morning, the maid always left huge messes in the hallway, trash, toilet paper, dirty laundry, she also talked super loud, it was not very professional nor practical to move around. If you want a low price hotel for a few days, near transportation this is a good choice, just be aware that the hygiene and confort won’t be the best.

Although the price seems attractive, there's no sound proof, no climate heater, just an old oil heater that's not enough. Small room and corridors. Had to call to the reception (two times) complaining about someone having a party in some room. Even though the noise remaining. Horrible experience. Don't fool yourselves about the ratings.

Very nice hotel, great location walk-able from Gare de L'Est and metro is just next door. Staff is very courteous . Only negative point is, room is bit small, with not enough room to open big/medium size suitcases.

Excellent staff ”
The location is very convenience, near MRT station, easy to transfer to the center and tourist attracts. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I forgot my jewelry in safe box after I check out and move another destination. When I recognized that, I called to the hotel and even the new guest already check in but next day after did checking they found it and called for me. I am very appreciated about their attitude and will back to stay. Thank you!

personnel very friendly and accommodating. nice breakfast room with charming bannister. excellent bread and croissants. very clean and tidy. the tv set is there only for one channel if any at all. strangely it tells you in russian or so, that the channel (any channel , in fact )you click on is not available.

1. Hotel has quad and triple bedding which is great for big families. They even gave us additional beds in the room. 2. Breakfast was basic with only 1 croissant and 1 bagutte. Cannot have more than the ration. Same breakfast everyday. 3. Lift was small. Only 2-3 people can enter at same time. Transporting big baggages required a few trips. 3. Walking distance to Metro and Open Top bus tour.

The one receptionist was very unfriendly. The rest of the staff was ok. Room was clean and furnished ok. Stayed there for a short time in a 3-bed room which was fully ok for the purpose. The area is ok as well. Price quality is good.

We booked 2 rooms (quad and triple) for 3 nights stay. It was okay. Small hotel, not in the best neighbourhood. Breakfast was basis and same everyday.

Generally good. Breakfast was basic & the same everyday, Close to Metro Station & Monoprix. For muslim, there are a few halal shops just around the corner. The staff were quite helpful, especially the female staff at the reception. There were problems with the free wifi as it was difficult to get connected to the login page. You can leave your luggage behind at the breakfast area although security was a bit doubtful. Amenities for bathroom was basic.

SuperLovely staff for ugly location”
The staff ware super lovely and great, but the floor inside the room is very dirty! The location is almost in the city center, but overcrowded with AfroPeople, noisy, and busy street the whole day. The breakfast was acceptable for such low price! The girl in the restaurant has a very biiiiig smile! I was afraid about here lips from such that nice lovely smile. If the floors was clean i will give high scores.

Great location, comfortable beds, clean. Two things they could improve on: have a shower head holder in the bathroom (you basically have to hold the shower head the whole time), and the weekend (male) receptionist could be taught a few more customer service skills.
