I highly recommend this hotel. The service was exceptional. The staffs were amazing and extremely accommodating. They allowed us to check in early. They even upgraded our room type to deluxe for free! Special thanks to Ms. Winnie who went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. The amenities were great too. Beautiful atmosphere and amazing city view. Perfect location, walking distance to everything and easy to get in and out of the city. The best stay ever!

Vintage hotel but amazing location”
Macau has been notorious for the difficulty to get a cab even though its such a small city- Hotel Lisboa was in the perfect location to get cabs where there were a lot of cabs either passing by or dropping off people. I spent a full weekend there after Chinese New Year when Macau was still quite crowded with a lot of tourists, and I never spent more than 2 minutes waiting for cabs. The rooms were quite nice given we got an upgrade to a corner room that gave us a lot more space and a massive bathroom (with Jacuzzi!). There were a lot of things to do (coffee shops, small hidden bars and boutique shops) within 15 minutes walking time around Lisboa, which was a great location given I didn't want to do too much pure touristy site visits to the monuments etc.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff”
This hotel came with very nice facilities ( bathroom with Jacuzzi ). The renovation was a bit outdated but still comfortable. I would like to give more credit to the hotel staff who can remember my name and room number during check out, very good service and friendly staff.

We stayed for 3 nights in this excellent hotel. Excellent service from check in til check out. They upgraded our room and gave a complimentary Birthday Cake for my son. Special mention to the staffs namely, Spencer, Rene and Alex. They provided the extra mile to provide us the needed information that we needed.

It’s a good hotel, good location very central. Nice staff very helpful. Room clean, spacious and good view. The gym is very basic and the swimming pool is too small. But for the price charged, it’s a good deal

Location was great. Shuttle service poor. Slow and have to wait for a long time before departure even if all 5 of us almost occupied the van already with all our luggages. On check out, shuttle was again a problem since we were told tgat it will rake us 40 minutes to wait. No choice but to get a cab. Check in was a breeze. Requests were attended too. But the non smoking given stinks of smoke. When we complained they just sent a staff to spray. I guess they were fully booked for the new year so no room replacement was offered.

Other than cleanliness, friendly staff, and room service, this hotel is full of art and ancient pieces of history. Many good restaurants within the hotel itself. The lowest table gaming in town too. Other locations to see are in walking distance.

nice hotel, confusion with booking details”
overall the hotel is old but nice. its been kept clean and staff is nice, although they were not too helpful with booking confusion made by either agoda or them. long story short on AGODA BOOKING I have booked for 2 adults and one child (under 12 years), but when I arrived to the hotel they have said my booking only has 2 adults and I had to overpay for extra bed for the child. no one would respond to my complains on both sides and the issue has not been resolved.
