Booked via Agoda, got the instant confirmation in a snap! I was just next door having a sip when i decided to get a room to freshen up before heading for a meeting and shopping :) Naz- the reception guy was very polite, very accommodating, didn't ask for anything in particular like other hotel does :). Room 105 is sparkling clean! Towels so fluffy, bathroom is so fresh and clean, now ready to roll to the comfortable bed watching tv on top gave me zzzz in not ime! Gave him the top notch service par excellence! Very systematic flow of checking in.. done in 60 seconds! Awesome! Will definitely will be back next month! Thank you Lismar and Naz.. i didn't catched you when i checked out. Only missing is Coffee though:(

Staff are not helpful, at allllll!! Bed sheets blanket are just stains on it. Pillows are old. Television are not working. Air conditioner are blowing on your face. Hot water are available but do not shower too long you will kind of flip the "switch" Rubbish are next to entrance, so enjoy it everytime you pass. Location are not bad, 15 minutes walk to subway (subang jaya line) you will pass a big shopping mall (Aeon) you can find food there or next to the hotel there's japanese food or indian food.

Overall was quite ok..but they only had TV3 channel and prefer if more selections for TV channels. No drinking cups or glasses , would have been nice if there were at least one. Will I come again ? Yes ... Will I recommend to a friend or family member? yes ...Will I place my overseas clients there ? Maybe .....

Not recommended for more than a night”
Expensive (if normal rate, i got some discount from Agoda) for tiny room (i booked a room with 1 single bed and 1 queen bed for my parents and I), don’t even have space to walk around (feels really stuffy), bed and pillow sheets are stained, no toiletries provided, dirty bathroom, got fridge but the socket is not reliable, tv only have one channel. It’s ok if you only need a room for one night but really not recommended for more than that. The only thing i like is that there are few restaurants nearby the hotel (easy to find food).

Mismatch of info due Agoda problem by hotel staff ”
Room info stated with city view n room size specific size. All info not accurate n the staff blames Agoda for not doing their job. Whole hotel only have ONE IRON for pressing shirts.... hahaha

very noisy and doors banging the whole night”
noisy and doors keep banging in the middle of the night. And people smoking at the corridor ....smell of smoke coming into the room in middle of night when you are sleeping. Not recommended for families.

【Worst Attitude】Can't Believe what the Manager Aisyhah did”
To be honest, this is my very first time to leave bad comment in agoda. When I reached the hotel around 11.30pm after a long travel working, then the counter man said that they let the walkin customer to take over my room. So that, I'm dealing with the manager Aisyhah. She made many excuse to cover the fault, I stopped her and asked for the solutions. Then she start to tell rudely to me, she give me two choices: 1) topping up $$ to take four people room 2) just leave During that time, almost 12am, I can't believe that she ask us to topping $$ because of their management fault. If she told kindly to me and without any excuses, I might accept for topping up. After that, I said I cannot accepted that, then she directly cancel phone call , so I strongly suggest to those who wanna book this hotel, please consider more.

Small cockroaches found around the fridge”
Fridge not even functioning and there's small cockroaches on it. Very stained pillow cases, bed sheets and blanket. Cleanliness negative.

Got a lot cockroach in toilet and bed sheets (more than 5 moving cockroach). The auto lock door spoilt and need to ask counter officer to open the door every time to go in the room.
