NOT VERY FLEXIBLE. SMALL BED. WINDOWS CANT BE OPENED. SUPER DEAL FOR 22€/NIGHT.”

We got a great deal for 44€/2nights. The room was small but had all essentials included. From hairdryer to TV, fridge, pen, paper, toiletries, tissue box, desk... Everything was there. The receptionists do not speak English too well - we talked to 3. But there was a lovely staff from the Philippines who worked in the cleaning who could translate perfectly. They provided clean towels, slippers, toothbrush every day (not needed in our case). Cons: - We wanted to stay in the room until 19:00 and also pay a complete night but they would have charged us more than double of what we paid the previous night although they could have sold the room again after our late check out. - They would have charged us 1.000yen for a check out at 12:00 instead of 10:00. (2 hours!) - Luggage storage only until 12:00 noon (our flight left at night so we went to Focus Hostel 15 mins walk and booked a room for 22eur) - Windows cant be opened which is irritating during Covid times. - The room in general had everything you are looking for but was very small for two people. - The bed is a 140 (assumption) which means it gets a bit tight if you happen to be friends and no lovers. In general this is a nice place if you get a good deal or are a business traveller. We disliked the lack of flexibility concerning luggage storage and the rude overpriced (more than double up) room charge if we had checked out at 19:00 due to flight departure at night.

Acceptable”

The room was noisy with sirens all night. If you stay might request a "quiet room" perhaps in the back would help a little. Upon entering room noticed crumbs all over the counter by microwave. Refrigerator was leaking and carpet was wet. There was what looked like a lipstick smear on the wall by the mirror. Bed appeared clean but room did not look like it had been cleaned after the last guest or last guests.

Helpful staff”

Stayed 2 nights. First night was in a smoking room which smells really smoky where the air freshener provided can't remove the smell, even the corridors too. Second night in no smoking room which is definitely better . My kids fell sick (suspected from food poisoning) during the first night and the staff next day was very helpful to check up on nearby available medical services for us and even extend check out time so that our kids can rest for a while longer. He is one of the best hotel staff we met so far 8 days into our Japan trip.

アゴダからだとえらく安くなってたんでちょっと不安でしたけどぜんぜん値段以上に良かった感じです。主要駅からだとちょっと不便かもしれませんが秋葉原に用事があるならぜんぜん有りです。

悪くはない安ホテル”

価格も安くスタッフの方も丁寧、新しいホテルなので全体的にはきれいですが、 エアコン、部屋の隅などホコリが多く、シャワールームはかなり狭いです。 ベッドはシモンズだったと思いますが硬めで私は好みでした。 テレビは大型のREGZA HL210Xでした。 良いテレビですが端子部分が塞がれているので Fire TVなどつけることができず残念です。 また廊下ではたまたま大声だった可能性もありますが、 他部屋の声が筒抜けなところがあり、ドアも隙間があります。 大通りのため車の量も夜でも多く、緊急車両も通るため 耳栓は用意したほうがいいかもしれません。

駅から遠い”

秋葉原、御徒町、末広町の真ん中でどこからも10分位かかります。コンビニは少し遠いです。 金額は安いです。 バスルームは見えない所が汚れてて浴槽に浸かる気分ではありませんでした。 受付の外国人はにこやかで日本語が上手で荷物受取りとかがスムーズでした。

落ち着いた場所”

駅から少し歩きますが、かえって落ち着いていてゆっくりできました。 大通り沿いにありますが、騒音も気になりませんでした。 秋葉原もしくは上野方面に泊まるときは、 また利用したいと思います。
