i live this hotel. it's small but it's very close to susukino. you can walk only 5-10 mins to susukino to see sapporo night life. and walk 15 mins to nijo market in the morning.

Room size and facilities

Had a double room (due to busy period) but it would have been just as great for two people as it was for one. Very spacious with a great sized bathroom and closet. One big problem was lack off Wifi... Pretty hard to believe in a nice hotel with plenty of international travellers that it wasn't available. It made getting information a bit more difficult. Luckily Japan has great public Wifi

Close to Nature & the City”

The staff were friendly and helped us to get around. Nakajima Park is beautiful and the city centre with all kinds of shopping is just around the corner. Great price for the location and facilities. Plus is that breakfast was included in the price.

部屋タイプ？”

agodaサイトを通じてルームタイプを「ダブルルーム」で予約したのですが、到着後、指定された部屋に入ってみると「トリプルルーム」でした。私は一人利用でしたので何ら問題はありませんでしたが、例えば身体の大きな人がベッドをゆったり利用したいと思って予約していたとしたら、クレームになるだろうなと感じました。室料が格安でしたので何ら問題はありませんが、予約時のプラン名称や注意書きに「部屋は当日指定」などとされていれば良いのにとは思いました。 また、スタッフが15時～23時以外は不在とフロントに記載されており、上記時間外の深夜から早朝の時間帯に何かあった場合、近隣同系列ホテルに電話連絡を、と記載されていたのは若干不安がありました。ホテルとしてのご事情はあろうかとは思いましたが、特に女性の方などにはおすすめしにくいとは思いました。

臭い”

禁煙を選んだはずなのに喫煙部屋になってて部屋のにおいも酷かった エレベーター降りた瞬間から臭い 自分で温度調整できず暑すぎて真冬だったけど窓を開けっぱなしにしていた（換気目的含め） スタッフの方はすごく感じが良く安く宿泊できたので喫煙、におい問題がなければまた利用したいと思った
