Friendly staffs and a neat room”
No elevator was the only thing that I didn’t like about this hostel. The location was not perfect but good to walk to SMN station or the dome. Shared bathroom was always clean and not busy at all. The room we stayed was also clean and cozy. I like that. Most of all, the staff was really sweet and helpful! Also thank you for the snowball(pisa)!
Best staff service ”
The best part of the hotel is always a best service provided by their hotel staff. Especially Jenny and Diane. Thank you very much for your good job and definitely will stay back if visiting Florence again.
Location is good， very close to Train station, central market , San Marco, and St.Lorenzo Chirch, additional sightseeing places is easy access by walk. Room is very clean, bathroom is clean as well and shower is good. The receptionist is warm and friendly , I feel so comfortable and safe during my stay, I definitely will stay here again if I come back to Firenze.
In room showering facilities ”
Room was big and spacious. Florence is a small town whereby you can get to any attractions by feet. Walking distance from the train station to the hotel. In-room showering and sinks are available but shared toilets. The receptionist was nice and kind.
No hot water on first night, but the front desk is friendly ”
We stayed at Hotel Loggia for three nights, but there’s no hot water on first night. The front desk said there’s strong wind, and fixed it the next day. The room is big, and there are two shared bathrooms and very clean. You need to pass many small and bumping street to reach the hotel, and there’s no elevator.
Quaint, charming and comfortable ”
We loved this place, the staff were super kind and friendly, they are very good at English and gave great suggestions on where to visit and when. Anything we wanted to go see was a short walk from the hotel. It was in a good neighborhood and very clean. It also came with a delicious breakfast. The WiFi was a little slow and sometimes I'd lose the internet, but obviously I didn't come to Italy to watch Netflix. Seriously, this was a great place.
Well managed place centrally located”
Although located about 800 metres from the station it's not very easy access on foot especially if you have heavy baggage. That's less to do with the property and more with how narrow lanes in Florence are. It's reasonably well maintained and managed. They are very strict about check in timings and even if you request they'll not allow check before midday. I also feel the way the nan the reception with entry based on passcodes is not full proof. We as guests tend to leave our luggage post check out and the hours when no one is at reception any ex-guest or unknown person can get in and tow away the luggage. It's value for money and otherwise quite welcoming nd cordial place to stay in Florence
Quaint hotel in Florence”
Hotel Loggia Fiorentina is a delightful place for those who want to be near young people - it is very close to several small universities. It is clean, has a delightful staff - and breakfast, if you want to pay for it. There's no elevator, which can be a challenge for those who are older or who struggle with luggage.
The room "Loft" located at the top floor is so big, like a real home, it's really amazing. The location is great (only 5-6 minutes walk distance to the Church), there are leather markets, restaurants and shops nearby. The only one bad thing is that WiFi is available at Lobby only.
Thoroughly recommend this hotel”
Restaurant across the street from the hotel at the corner was superb value for money. You cannot go wrong with 10 Euro buffet with lot of choices. will look after you. What an amazing young man. A true asset for the property.
She was so nice!! Thank u^^*
Clean. Very nice staff. Good location but a little far from FSMN Train station.
This is an older building and is very historical. It is a few minutes walk from the train station, Dave Statue and the food markets. The staff is very helpful and sweet. Because of the historical status of the building, some rooms have shared bathrooms and the rooms are small. Otherwise it is a great hotel for a short stay in Florence, Italy.
Great location, contempory and clean”
Beautiuful, comfortable and plenty of bathrooms to share. Nice and clean, easy to find and quick walk into city center. Reception hours are limited, so make sure you get xodes before you arrice to prevent waiting outside like we did. Would highly recommend and stay here again.
customer service needs to be improved ”
On the last night of stay, the hot water heater did not working. Despite me calling in at 10pm the reception asked told me that there was nothing wrong and that other were just other rooms using the hot water and the supply was low. My question is, you mean a hotel like yours just depends on 1 water heater without any standby or backup plan? Fine, i waited and at about 10.45pm the hot water was still not working and they told me to wait again. Only after the 3rd call at about 11.45pm, after much complain that they sent the technician down. I understand that they were unable to solve the problem so late at night, however at the first instance when they received the call earlier at 10pm they should have acted on the matter instead of procrastinating till almost midnight. They then promised to do so before 8am the next day, hopefully allowing me to bath before checkout, as I had not bathed the night before. However, at 9.30am the water was still not fixed. Having spoken to the reception( who was apologetic) they redirected the call to their boss who was quick in providing an excuse for the situation. I expressed my unhappiness over how a hotel can run without hot water, yet alone any backup heater or plans. Instead of offering a solution, the boss went on ranting on how there was nothing he could do as it was he job of the technician. Point noted, however instead of trying to appease the situation he seemed like he was just pushing the matter to a 3rd party. When asked if there could be a partial refund for the 1 night stay, he even went on about how agoda had some refund policy which was complicated and the cheque was already crossed etc. I even offerrd to contact agoda, which he then changed his story to say he was unable to do any partial refund as he had to pay his workers etc... This were just mere excuses which boils down to their insincerity in trying to make up for their error. If you plan on keeping your customers perhaps you need to rethinking the mea
room a bit small but staff is friendly and environment is good
Excellent Customer Service”
Janny gave me a help in booking my train tickets. She gave excellent service to me.
Clean, quiet with a very nice staff”
The location was very good. I was able to walk to all major landmarks within 15 minutes. My flight was delayed and the receptionist was looking out for me at my new arrival time. She gave me some good restaurant recommendations and helped me book a Vespa tour. Great value and very clean. I would stay here again.
Had a wonderful experience staying here during a short visit to Florence. The receptionist was amazing as she took the time to walk us through a map of Florence, giving us some insiders as well as her her own recommendations as a local which we really appreciated (thank you diana!!) This place is a great bang for your buck - it's clean, in a safe neighborhood, and within walking distance to many local sites (practically 2 blocks from Galleria dell'Accademia) and great food spots. The only thing to note is that the shower (clear glass) is located inside the bedroom and our bathroom was down the hall from our room. Otherwise, great experience!
clean, and friendly staff. nice place to stay.”
around 10 mins from hotel to station, 5 mins to Accademia museum,15~20 mins to Ponte Vecchio. nice staff and friendly to give you advice, clean and quite. only one thing is that shared shower area is little bit small.
