“Exceptional”
Surprised of the amount of free items you get inside this hotel, our sink looked like a beauty corner with full of different items, loved how the items that I needed where all already there. I liked the fact that they put attention onto the sizes of the slippers. Making the other one pair smaller than the other one. You generally get same sizes of slippers in hotels which is always big for and which I always hated. But in this hotel, I never loved such slippers in a hotel before because it perfectly suited my feet, and the slippers were made of leather it's so comfortable. The size of the room is enormous! The shape of the bathtub feels like it's hugging by back, it was very relaxing. Also the food, I'm surprised how good the food was, it was 10/10, they've got a huge menu of food and it's like you are ordering from a restaurant of how good they are. I am definitely coming back to this hotel again. My concerns are; the smoking room that we booked didn't have good exhaust so the smoke just stays trapped inside the room. And the AC, which automatically turns into a heater when the weather gets cold, which I didn't like. Woke up in the middle of the night wondering why it's warm. Happened to us on other hotels too, just give people the option to do AC or heater, please.
