Nice newly build 4 storey hotel . Very clean and spacious rooms. 10 mins walk to Sunday Night Market at Tha Phae Gate and Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. Courteous and friendly staff suggesting interesting places to visit. Fantastic and filling breakfast menu. Always looking forward to try different breakfast in January cool morning. 2 thumbs up, highly recommended !

Nice clean boutique hotel with delicious local breakfast. Very warm and friendly staff which made us felt very pampered throughout our stay. The free Thai dessert supper and chat with Zen every night after we get back to the hotel at night make the stay extraordinary - it’s like a friend waiting for you with a local delicacy. A big thumb up for the efforts to make our stay at the hotel memorable.

The staff were amazing and always trying to do more. The rooms are generous and beautiful. Breakfast is a delight and we will definitely be back. The beds are beautiful and so comfortable. The only downside is that the walls are thin and you can here what’s happening in the next rooms.

A stylish hotel with very friendly staff”
As an architect I appreciated an investment into overall design of the hotel. It is just a pleasure to look around :) Moreover, the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful :) There are only a couple of aspects that visitors should be beware of: 1) Sound proofing is not sufficient, so while staying inside the room you are surrounded by noises from beneath, above, right side, left side, corridor and inner yard with people chilling by the swimming pool. Luckily, walking around gorgeous Chiang Mai exhausts you well enough to just fall asleep in a second. 2) The swimming pool is always shaded by the hotel building, so no opportunity for sunbathing or the water to warm up. 3) The design of the bar area looks beautiful! But there is no actual operating bar, or a veeery limited choice of cocktails.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, the staff was amazing! So kind, helpful and warm. Every time we passed in the lobby, the staff surprised us with tasty treats! The room was great, the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best we ate in Thailand. Would definitely come back! Thank you!!

All the staffs are very friendly. We couldn’t find a taxi to airport but one of the staff didn’t hesitate to call a taxi for us and keep on communicating with the taxi driver to check on his location making sure he is on his way till he arrived to pick us up👍🏻

Amazing stay”
Exceptional hospitality from the staff, who were really friendly and helpful, overall great modern hotel which is centrally located and walking distance to nearby attractions, restaurants, and bars. Daily breakfast was really good and one of the highlights of my stay. A/C instead of the ceiling fan would have been even better, but definitely exceeded expectations in a clean well maintained room with amazing service!

Great hotel with a fantastic staff”
Spent 5 days at Hotel Loy Chiang Mai. The Hotel opened in October, 2022 and it is located on a quiet side street off of Loi Kroh Road. Do not confuse Hotel Loy Chiang Mai with Loyy Hotel, which is a hostel and not even in the same league as Hotel Loy Chiang Mai. It is an easy walk to the Night Market and a 10-15 minute walk to the Sunday Night Market, depending on how fast you walk. The rooms are large, comfortable, and beautiful. The swimming pool is really nice, and very refreshing after spending hours walking around Chiang Mai. I noticed in the comments that someone complained about the water being cold, but that is to be expected considering the temperature in Chiang Mai. It is simply a matter of physics. Although the breakfast menu might appear to be limited, it has a wide variety of options to choose from and every option is delicious. The morning crew is very cheerful and their attitude is infectious. Whover did the hiring for the hotel staff did a fantastic job. The staff is simply amazing. They are very professional, with great personalities, and the friendliest staff I have ever met at any hotel. They set a very high standard that even the best hotels would have a hard time matching. It is difficult to choose one employee to recognize because they are all great, but if I had to choose, it would be Sen, who works the swing shift. His enthusiasm for his work is remarkable, and he always seems full of energy. He enjoys getting to know the guests, and he is genuinely concerned about each guest having a great time at the hotel. I have been to Chiang Mai many times, and I have now found my favorite hotel in Hotel Loy Chiang Mai. I will definitely be staying there on every future trip I make to Chiang Mai, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. You will not be disappointed!

Great family owned new hotel. Rooms are nice and clean. For breakfast you can choose two dishes that will be prepared for you. Good location, 10 min walk from the night market and also very close to the old town. Especially the staff made the stay very special and a unique experience.

3 night visit from Chiang Rai”
Lovely new boutique hotel with a teak wood design and country charm located on side street in middle of Loh Kroh road. Parking available on hotel property on side street. Staff are helpful , friendly and English proficient. Big shout out to Boom, the manager, who is friendly and accommodating to a fault. Breakfast is fast, delicious and diverse. Rooms have very nice bathroom accessories and furnishings. Great air conditioning and running Hot water. Nice little gym and good size pool. Bed is very comfortable. Getting on bed can be challenging for over 60 year old customers: You have to crawl/slide because it's on a low teak wood platform not accessible from sides, without crawling or sliding.

Everything is nice but the most exclusive service you get from the staff. Day manager was so nice and comprehensive and helpful. The night audit manager as well did not know what to do to make you happy. I highly recommand this hotel
