Substandard facilities and awful behaviour of staff. Despite booking included breakfast , staff were reluctant to provide it. A single refrigerator in whole hotel that too in the kitchen. Surely the hotel was much better before few years ago.

Excellent staff of this hotel Muzammil Raza”
I had a good stay in this hotel for 3 days because of staff Mr. Muzamil Raza he is very honest and kind hearted person with good attitude and excellent customer service and a good human being with helpful nature. I was fasting because of ramadan he guided me assisted me and also made arrangement to break my fast. I appreciate his help and enjoyed the stay at the hotel and would like to visit again for sure. Please issue a appreciation certificate to Mr Muzzamil Raza for his hard work honesty and loyal to his customer as well as maintaining the reputation of hotel. Thanks Appreciated Sameer Shaikh Mumbai

Not great value for money”
Room was not very clean, TV didn't work shower pressure was pretty bad and the sink leaked. For this price we found much better hotels in Delhi albeit closer to the city centre. We needed a short stay near the airport but would've expected cheaper for this quality.

First they put us in a room on a front floor, close to the staff desk. Room was dirty, and beds without sheets on a bed blanket. Most horrid was a really awful bathroom. Toilet was not working and when staff came to see it, they walked with their dirty shoes making floors filthy. Also it was very noisy room. We almost changed the hotel with help of Agoda person, but then the nice guy on a front desk helped us change the room to the room we actually booked for. New room was comfortable enough to stay for 2 nights and there was no bother by the stuff at all. Actually there was almost no staff in that hotel at all, you can notice that when you order food; no person as a waiter, and no food, as they say in food menu. When you sign out, you carry your own luggage cause there is no one to help you. Internet is bad. Night time you can here someones tv really loud and if someone smokes close by, the smoke comes to the room really badly. Hallways are noisy if someone is there, voices come to the rooms really loudly. We thought this is a good hotel cause of the pricing for 2 star hotel, but it is clearly overpriced and we are not surprised if they close up soon. We booked this hotel cause it had extra bed for our son, in many hotels they but a mattress on a dirty floor. This hotel is also in very deep alley, so hard to find for a cap service, and not good to walk at all if you are a foreign woman.

+ Location close to airport, Night staff was very helpful with my Taxi, cheap - day staff was super unfriendly and impatient, the room was damp and smelled, couldn't get the warm water to work, the hotel's airport-taxi would cost 400 Rupees instead of an Uber's 100 Rupees and they didnt want to order me an Uber (Scam!, try order it yourself via the app), sheets were probably washed, but had lots of stains
