Staff were all very courteous and warm. Hotel is clean and rooms are well appointed. Location is directly beside the Lucky Chinatown Mall and a few steps away from the shopping district. Food was plated very well and restaurant staff are attentive. We were even given a complimentary lunch meal! Would definitely stay again in this hotel soon!

Worth it! Walking distance from the places we visited. Great place to stay if you will be shopping at Divisoria. It's quiet and neat. You just have to be early for a parking space as they don't have a reserved parking space for the guests. We arrived at 8am and waited for 2 hours to get one as it is 1st come 1st served basis at the LuckyChinatown Mall. But all in all everything is ok.

Perfect Staycation ”
My husband and I had a wonderful experience staying in this hotel. From reception assistance to room accommodation plus buffet breakfast, evertything was great. I had several errands to make in Divisoria and the location was just perfect for all my errands. On the day of our check-out, we left our baggage at the counter so that we can take a glimpse at the Chinatown Museum which by the way is another extra points for the hotel. Definitely coming back with the whole family next time.

Very accessible. Super clean. Nice hotel smell actually. Very spacious lobbies though rooms are quite small. But what needs improvement is their breakfast choices. Too little varieties. I think they should more food during breakfast. But all in all it was a pleasant stay.

The place is quiet and you could sleep at night peacefully the airconditioner is easy to controll and you dont have any worries for food. The sauna and jacuzzi was a must try and ofcourse the staffs are very polite and helpfull

The spa was not yet operational when we went there, there was no bidet.. but overall the place was nice.. the staff were all very helpful. The food was great considering for the price.. :) will come back there again! :)
