Pleasant Stay”

Location, Building, Gym

Breakfast was just Average for this Grade of the hotel. and I expected more English speaking staff than they actually had. The pool was too small but good relaxing and quiet. Other than that is was great they put us on the top floor and the room was good although it was not noise proof enough. The wind and sound from outside can get a bit annoying if you want a good night sleep sometimes. Nice Gym and Business Centre, Great Views of the ocean. the only 5 start Hotel in Town.

Good hotel!”

Great location, helpful staff,

Clean rooms, ok bed and linen, but pillows were not comfortable. Food was decent and service was very good. Oceanfront location is great but the view is not so as the waters are murky colored due to the convergence of the river into the ocean. All in all, it is still the best place to stay in Sao Luis.

Grande chambre et lit très confortable. Vue sur la mer, mais bain déconseillé. Extraordinaire petit déjeuner ! Par contre , personnel ne parle pas anglais à la réception.

Decepcionada”

Venho esternar minha decepção com o hotel com relação, primeiro a recepção, pois fomos recebidos com um tom de grosseira por parte da recepcionista que estava no momento, e na saída a mesma manteve o tom grosseiro. Não entendemos o porque, será se o motivo é nossa cor, negra!!! Outra chateação foi porque ficou acordado na reserva que o pagamento seria feito na entrada, no entanto debitaram no meu cartão antes. Perguntei para mesma recepcionista sobre o período do final do ano, como estavam fazendo as reservas, ouvi como resposta "o valor está muito alto ", deixando claro que não teríamos condições de pagar. Como sugestão façam uma reciclagem com os funcionários da recepção!!! Pretendemos voltar a São Luís em breve e com certeza vamos nos hospedar com vocês, porém da próxima vez vou exigir respeito e educação, dessa vez no momento relevei a falta de respeito.

部屋の広さ、NHKが入る、アメニティがまずまず。

レンソイス砂漠観光時に使いました。チェックアウト後もタオルの貸し出し、戻ってからの フィットネスルームでのシャワールーム使用させていただき、今回は助かりました。 飛行機が深夜便だったので、もう１泊はもったいないかなと。 ツアーは日帰り、朝4時半で、戻りは21時過ぎでしたので。
