Feel comfortable with nice location”

Warm and cozy inside, I felt very comfortable in 5 nights. The hotel is close to Amadeo metro station(line #2), it is easy yto go several cities(Pompei and Salerno) and ou can reach most of Napoli's attractions by walking. Also the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, spacious and had a great view. Unfortunately the bed was very hard, the door knob was broken, the bed was only made with a sheet and the quilt which we found in the wardrobe had no cover. These things were disappointing considering the standard the room appeared to be at, and the price we paid.

Comfortable bed. Good view free wifi

When we arrived to the hotel the staff did not greet us nicely. We checked in and were not helped with our luggage in any way. Called for an adapter for power and were told to come get it from reception. Breakfast was absolutely not of 4 star standard. Our towels were not changed when our room was done. The WiFi was free yes but it was very very slow. Upon check out we were asked to pay 12 euro for "city tax" which we were never told about. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone.

It has lower value to be 4 stars”

easy access to the beach. It takes about 10 min by walk.

The amenities are poor than the other hotels of 4 stars. It has a parking lot which cost 30€ per 1 night. Breakfast is optional, 20€ per 1 person but I would recommend to go outside and find another restaurant around the hotel. The staffs were kind though.

Rooms were very uncomfortable. My kids were harassed by the next door in the middle of the night. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It’s waist of your money.
