lovely hotel”
we arrived in tarakan from derawan island and stayed at the hotel only one night. unfortunately that was during the feast for the end of ramadam and all shops and restaurants were closed. there were no boats to tawau and we had to buy a flight. the hotel staff was kind, but they had no information about ferries or flight. the hotel room was clean and breakfast only indonesian food wifi in the room was poor

Great location, roomsize small but enough for rest”
i bought this agoda voucher for my parent. they said the room is small, but enough if only for 2 person. the hot water need some time to come out. but this is clean hotel. breakfast not so good, but location is great. near grand tarakan mall, kfc, and many restaurant.

Small hotel with a good location.”
I stay in this hotel for 5 days, more than of my plan. The location is great, near to everywhere and just in the heart of Tarakan city. Some points that need to develop : 1. Poor breakfast menu. 2. We need to ask for making up room. 3. Wifi/internet connection was very weak. 4. Complimentary mineral water in the first day only. 5. Free airport transportation is not available. Good points : 1. Near to everywhere. 2. Appropriate for traveler who just need to sleep. 3. Very potential to develop become a good hotel.

Well, I visited there for meeting some friends there. The hotel is okay, no problem. But the internet is extremely slow! I don't know if every where is the same in Tarakan, but I was so tired with this slow Internet... Anyway, if you just wana have somewhere to stay, i can recomend this hotel. Clean, quiet, covinient.

We have stayed at this hotel twice. The second time we knew that all the rooms in all the hotels in town were booked out because of a local festival. The staff managed to make room for us, knowing that there was nowhere else in town.

The hotel has a good location as it is in the city centre and the staff are well mannered and friendl. internet cafe on one side of the hotel and a good restaurant on the other. ask to stay in a non smoking floor or area. not much english spoken but staff very helpful.

Nice budget hotel in the center of city”
I think price was a little bit overpriced. But I think it's fair enough because of clean room and friendly staff. The best thing of this hotel is located in the center if city. There's alot mall, resto, shops nearby hotel.

Good location and clean ”
The front desk was a bit slow for check in but the hotel wasn't bad. The wifi connection was good and the breakfast wasn't bad either. There is a nice bakery connected to the hotel and a travel agency next door as well. It was pretty good value for the cost.

Very interesting and different”
Hotel was clean and sparse but while looking glamorous, it had only the basic amenities. Both the credit card facility (not convinced they had one) and the wifi were down. There was no elevator to the second floor where we were staying or water in the room. The air conditioner worked well.

OK, nothing to complain”
Nice and clean hotel near the city center. There's a shopping mall and a KFC about 500 meters and a quite large market area right next to the hotel. The hotel staff were helpfull but some of them could not speak or understand english. The breakfast was ok. During our stay there were constant power outages.

Ok hotel”
First, I found that my room had no windows, I was not aware. Secondly and was most important for me, Internet service was very bad on my floor, connected to the network but NO internet.. I had to remind them to clean my room on the third day. Actually it was cleaned and Done very well, thanks for the great and friendly staff.. My suggestion for management, Make sure that Internet is working all the time for all the floors, let the guest be aware that his room without window before booking..

Great location hotel but a little bit pricely”
This hotel is located at the center of Tarakan town. You will easily find restaurants, shops and mall surrounded you. The lobby is very hot. Even it is air conditioned but you will still feel hot and sweat. You will find your hotel room is the heaven. Wifi enabled, but no Internet access. What for ? Breakfast is awful, you better go to restaurant nearby.

Since internet with gsm hardly got the signal, wifi is so important, this hotel could provide good one, one suggestion only : Need upgrade old uncomfortable bed, to give pleasant sleep.

Water heater takes some times to get hot Need to have a better and darker shade of curtain Watw I think the drainage in the shower is blocked. Slow draining of water. Problem with the Internet during my stay
