Great Budget Hotel”
This place is a great choice for travelers on a budget. Good selection of room options at reasonable rates. Clean, comfortable, and even had a fan in my room. Super grateful as it is hot out. They also serve a nice light breakfast & offer do it yourself laundry facilities 😲👍👍

The bed was comfortable however lingering body odour on pillow and cover blanket. Why did i not say anything at the time? Great location just off Boulevard St-Germain east near the Sorbonne on a quiet street. Quiet room as long as guests above you don't talk too much or walk around much on creaky hardwood floors. School kids on street during daytime. Shared shower and tiny toilet closet might not be for the less adventurous. No elevator. Cute breakfast room at front looking onto street.

Perfect located hotel in the heart or Paris”
Our stay at Hotel Marignan was brilliant. Having stayed in the Latin Quarter in Paris before, we found the hotel to be in the perfect location. Conveniently located a 5 minute walk from the St Michel Metro station it was easy to get around the whole of Paris. To be able to walk 5 minutes and be right next to the Notre Dame for lunch was lovely as well. The staff were very friendly and more than happy to help out with any of our requests or queries. We arrived early in the morning and it was no trouble at all for them to look after our bags and then move them to our room at 11am (so early when check in wasn't for 3 hours!) When my phone wouldn't let me book the Moulin Rouge tickets online the staff were more than happy to help and within 2 minutes of a phone call I was handed a reservation number and off we went. i stayed there for 3 days 2 night. the staff is really helpful, she even suggested me the best way to fully experience paris in short time. room is clean and tidy. close to notre dame, pantheon, luxemborg garden and many more. great place to stay. recommended!!!!!

Hotel is in a great location, close to Notre Dame and metro stations. Can't compliment the staff enough, they were fantastic and extremely helpful. For the price, room is small and basic as expected so I can't complain. Free wifi (and good coverage unlike other hotels) and simple breakfast are nice touches. Will definitely stay there again if I visit Paris for business.

3-5min walk from Notre Dame. 3-5min walk from RER B C (Saint-Michel) & metro station. 15-20min walk from Louvre ＆ Saint-Germain shopping. Near the college de france,so not noisy area. Supermarket Mono just on the st-michel blvd. Although there is no elevator,but the room was clean and tidy. If you want travel in the paris city around , it will be a good choice.

Room is clean, comfortable, near the center. The staff who served us breakfast speak little english, which makes traveler who didn't speak french a little tricky to communicate. But aside from that, we will definitely book this hotel when we come back to Paris.

The Hotel is located in the latin quarter, the historical center of paris. All the rooms are renovated ( 3 * mattress, upscale german plumbing, italian design lighting° We have a 4 * free wifi ( fiber optic high speed) for our leisure clients ans business clients. Breakfast cost only 3,50 euro ( at other hotel you pay between 7 euros and 17 euros). We have also free washer/dryer and free sue of our kitchen. Since 15 January anew lobby/ground floor. Simply amazing”
We were a family of 4 including 2 senior citizens. So I was worried of getting higher floors as my parents could not climb up too many floors via staircase. However, upon contacting the hotel upfront, they agreed to give a room on lower floors to accommodate my parents ! Breakfast was simple yet good. Just walk around by yourself and immerse in the beauty of this town. Walking distance to Luxembourg Garden BEST part of this hotel is the staffs. On the day of check out, we took a taxi (arranged by the hotel) to the airport, and I accidentally left my iPhone in the taxi. Once I realised it (I had already checked in at the airport and was waiting for my flight), I immediately called the hotel and the Hotel Manager Mr. Roland Keniger responded in the best way ever ! He called the taxi company urgently and arranged for the phone to be delivered ASAP to me at the airport. Within one hour, I got my phone back. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart Mr. Keniger.

Good location to Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral”
I liked the hotel because it was a 5-minute walk to Notre Dame de Paris Cathedral, and a few minute walk to two subways. The room was clean and there was free breakfast. What I did not like were: no air-conditioning, no elevator, and the steep and narrow stairs (my husband and son had a hard time carrying our heavy luggages up to the 5th floor).

Pros: location is almost perfect - short walk to Notre Dame. Included continental breakfast is nice bonus. Use of their laundry machines and kitchenette. Cons: needs a bit of remodeling (was happening during our stay, so would be curious to see the result!). Facilities get locked after hours, and no front desk help after hours except emergencies.

No elevator, poor shared bathroon”
Think about 2 big and 1 small luggages to be carried by hands to 6th floor, remember to relocate your cloth to small luggage and keep the rest on the reception otherwise you will get hurt. The bathroom on 6th floor didn’t have hot water one night, we have to go 5th floor to take shower. The bathroom is very small, the shower on 6th floor water doesn’t have enough pressure to come out, it will take much longer time to take shower. Room is nice, location is good, staff is good but can’t help you on luggage, so close to river.

Bonjour, Thank you for your nice comment about the room, the staff and the location. They might have been a punctual problem. Our maintenance crew fixed the problem the next morning. I wanted to mention that we have free washer/dryer, free use of the kitchen, and a 4 * free wifi ( fiber optic high speed). We are happy to be in the Latin Quarter, the historical center of Paris. The hotel location is great and there are few nice restaurants nearby. The room is spacious and they provide fan, in case you are too hot during summer/ beginning of autumn. The only downside is shared bathroom, and toilet is on one floor below. We have to take stair to lower floor for toilet each time. But overall is clean. We love the crossaint where they provide during breakfast but only limit to one for each guest. They provide shuttle van to airport and the price is cheap!

We booked a 3 bed room, it had its own bathroom, toilet and extra shower across the hall but we where the only users I believe. The staircase to the upper floors is steep and rather small , like everything else here. The decor is dated but that didn't really bother us, room service did a good job. Thx. We only had one PowerPoint in the room but the manager found us a multiple poweroutlet. Staff is friendly and very helpful, big bonus! It's so close to Notre Dam, nice to walk at night to see the artists and buskers there without having to catch the metro/ bus. A small kitchen is available if you want to fix your own dinner. Breakfast of croissants, panini, cheese, jam, coffe, tea, orange juice. Basic but sufficient. This is a friendly, clean, basic accomodation right in the centre, but don't expect styling, glamour, or new furnishings.

We have 4 * free wifi ( fiber optic high speed). Since January 2018, a new renovated ground floor thanks our interior design architect. more cozy, more design, quality materials, optimisation of the spaces and the flow. Overbooked”
Unfortunately they accepted my booking and payment while fully booked, and I was sent to another hotel nearby. They told the other hotel I didn't pay them, so upon arrival this was a problem. Although everything was solved eventually and the room I ended up in was nice, it's always an unpleasant situation to be sent elsewhere after having made booking plus payment and a long day of travel. Nonetheless the location is great for visiting the Notre Dame and the Louvre and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. Also make sure you visit the Abbey Bookstore if you are a reader.

Great location, clean but a lot of noise at night.”
The first night I could't sleep because of other hotel quests did too much noise, they were arguing and shouting a couple of hours. There weren't any hotel staff so nobody did anything with it. Next day another guest complained about too mch noise to hotel manager who didn't know anything hapend last night. Although the next night was better, I can't recommend this hotel to person who likes quiet place to stay.

Good points: location is abt 7 mins to Saint Michel Norte Dame station, which is acceptable. The breakfast here is quite nice, as everyone will have 1 glass of juice plus coffee/ tea and some bread. And the staff here is nice, always with a smile on face. bad points: I had a heavy luggage and was offered to a room on the top floor. Since there is no lift, it was really a big challenge to me :( ( so pls make sure you make a request to live on the low floor or dun carry heavy luggage with you if you choose this hotel) Second, the blanket looks a bit dirty, made me hesitated to use it
