Booked queen bed from agoda, when arrive at the hotel, they said queen bed is unavailable. Had to settled for twin bed. Room is not properly maintained. Ashtray full with cigarrete butts. Found cockroach inside the room! Soap was not provided. Hot water was unavailable. Kettle was full with ants inside. Although price is cheap, the hotel could do better.

No lift, so cuatomer need to carry luggage to 1st or 2nd floor. The cleanliness of carpet is no good. Room is big and towel is new. But the car park area need to install some lighting. Outside is too dark and feel unsafe if we back to hotel at night. If possible, provide RO water/drinking water with heater at ground floor for us to refill. We can enjoy a cup noodles after purchase from machine.
