pros : very helpful front desk officer, working AC, in room electronic jug, clean trash bin, clean bathroom, working cable tv. also very strong cellular reception for XL and Telkomsel, considering windowless rather claustrophobic room. definitely in my go to list for emergency stay in around fatmawati. cons : not so clean pillow case, found few strand of hairs on the bedsheet. and no breakfast. and hot water only lukewarm.

Booked a non smoking room but was given a smoking room instead without even telling us about it. When we complained about the smell, the response was "well, at least it doesn't smell as bad as the room on the other floor". What logic is that? Their solution was to just spray air freshener all over the room but it wasn't enough to get rid of the smell. We did a late check in yet the room was not cleaned properly. Cigarette butts found in the toilet, the bin wasn't cleared, there was no toiletries nor towels, the aircon was not working properly.. we had to ask for towels and they only gave one when there are two of us for the room. The towels were also stained. The staff couldn't really understand nor speak English. The breakfast was absymal and not worth a $6 top up. Definitely not coming back even though the hotel is right in front of a mrt station and it was a really convenient location.

i will recommended to you, as the got drinking water heater at the room and a bit food bar in the room (Definitely it cause extra charge), for a hotel that was cheap is a excellent things.
