Great Location: Situated in the heart of Tanjung Balai, the hotel is conveniently close to local shops, food stalls, and transportation. Friendly Staff: The front desk and housekeeping teams were warm, helpful, and attentive. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Facilities: The hotel offers solid amenities, including free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, hot showers, and a decent breakfast spread with local and Western options. Good Value: For the price, it delivers excellent value in terms of comfort, safety, and service. What could be improved: Noise Levels: Depending on the room location, noise might be noticeable at night from the karaoke or lounge at 7th floor. Requesting a highest floor maximum at level 5 instead of level 6 can avoid the unwanted noise or a room away from the sea area might help from the boat / ferry engine sound. Karaoke Room: As im also a sound engineer, all the rooms that i enter for karaoke, between the two speakers, the polarity are reverse which cancel the low frequency when you are sittitng at the center and make your singing experience and the happy time sounds horrible. Limited English Proficiency: While the staff are friendly, communication in English can be a slight challenge at times—though it didn’t affect service quality.
