Bedbugs, Not like pictures ”

Room looked nothing like their advertisement. Had to switch room because hairs found in bed. Second room, Rm 402, received many bites on arm, legs and buttocks from bedbug bites. My daughter received them also in the second bed. Staff was advised of incident, on my departure. Room was nothing like the advertised pictures and video being shown in the lobby. Especially the bathroom. Very outdated rooms compared to the ‘elegant pictures’ they advertise. No air conditioner. Floor fans in the room. No buffet, as advertised.

I have been coming to this hotel for years because I like the facilities, personnel, and more This year, Mexico City, was on orange due to the virus! But I still enjoyed the city..something about buying from the little carts...that meserizes me...guess because I grew up in Ciudad Juarez!...I always speak Spanish when I am here..so do NOt really know if they speak English..Cable was fine..does not matter if only 2 channels were English..and 1 in French!..I ended up watching the old Mexican movies with Pedro Infante, Lupe Velez, & more!..The hotel has recently been remodeled..but I would have returned nevertheless...I like the security involved..where someone is always at the door..as a single traveller, gives me a warm feeling...Alot of places to eat, shop, & see within walking distance..When I left, front desk even got me an uber to go to the airport..Keep up the good work..Metropol!

Great restaurant service ”

It was fine for the price. I wouldn't rate it a 4 star hotel however. The service is good and restaurant staff are attentive.

Neat hotel and nice location”

I feel very comfortable when I stay in this hotel. It is near the subway and shopping center. But it is quiet in the night. The disadvantage is that there is no enough charger for a triple room

Great location, quiet with spacious rooms ”

This was excellent value, in the heart of the old city but with delightfully quiet rooms. It appears that all roms face an inner courtyard. No interesting views, but peaceful sleeps. Staff were helpfull. The dinning options are not much, but there are heaps of alternatives within close walking distance.

Tiene una alta demanda por lo que en fin de semana pueden llegarse a presentar situaciones como habitación no disponible en la hora pactada con tiempos de espera de hasta 3 horas. Y para el lunes y martes que ya no hay tanta ocupación, el ruido del personal de limpieza desde las 8:00 am deja una muy mala impresión.

Me gusto mucho el hotel únicamente que el estacionamiento es compartido con un estacionamiento público una de las persona que atiende ahí es abusivo ya que me cobro horas de estacionamiento que no debía.

tiene muy buena ubicación ya que estas a 10 min de masaryk y de la condesa, así que para salir y disfrutar de la vida nocturna es funcional, el servicio fue bueno, nada extraordinario, simplemente cortés. si vas con amigos lo más seguro es que pases muy poco tiempo en el hotel, así que ahorra en este aspecto, quédate en este y mejor inviertele al antro, restaurante, museos, tiendas y ya solo llegas a dormir unas cuantas horas a un lugar limpio y muy decente.

très difficile d'avoir un compte ouvert, aucune communication avec les différents départements de l'hotel exemple payer chaque fois le repas alors que nous avions un compte ouvert, lit excessivement dur, personnel nullement sympathique, désactivation fréquentes des clés d'ouverture des chambres, certains serveurs au restaurant sont agressif avec le pourboire lors du déjeuner - buffet. suggestion : changer tout le personnel de la réception, changer tous les matelas de l'hotel pour des matelas confortables

Bien sauf que les lits sont horriblement durs et impossible de changer la chambre pour une vérification du lit. Les chambres sont très sombres et non aérées. Aussi le personnel à la réception n'est nullement amical ni souriant!

Chambre sans charme mais propre. Place centrale assez facile à rejoindre (à peu près 8-10 mns de marche). A noter que pas de clim dans la chambre (un ventilateur), pas de vue (cour intérieure) et assez bruyant le matin (dames de ménage assez bruyantes).

とにかく部屋が広くてビックリした。入ってすぐ書き物をするような大きな机があり、広い通路を通って中に入ると 大きなベッドスペース、大きなソファーと応接セット。お風呂・トイレは両サイドに2つあった。サウナもあった。部屋に通された時、驚いて、ポーターさんに「料金ってペソで間違いないよね？ドルじゃないよね？」と聞いてしまった。建物は少し古いが、古き良きクラシックホテルという感じ。窓からラテンアメリカタワーが見えてきれい。フロントやレストランのスタッフの対応もいい。今まで十数カ国を旅し、一泊5千円くらいまでのホテルなら沢山泊まったが、感動は一番大きかったかも。ただ、支払いは現金払いにするつもりで別に分けて持っていたが「もう予約した時のクレジットカードで計上しましたよ。」と言われた。コラッと思ったが、他が素晴らしいので許す。かなりオススメです。

街の中心地に位置しているため、歩いて観光することが出来ました。メトロの駅も比較的近いです。また近くにおしゃれなカフェも多く、人通りも多いため安全性の面でもおすすめできるホテルです。

トリプルの部屋はなかなかありませんがここはありました！。”

ッ中年のおばさん三人のメキシコの旅、私は弟がメキシコに住んでいたので5回程来ていますが、友人二人は初めてのメキシコです。 13日～19日までの6日関、短い期間でしたがHOTEL METRPOLにお世話になりました。日本からの予約で皆さんの書き込みを見ても実際は解りません。心配はしていましたが、着てみるととても清潔で良いホテルだとと思いました。 女三人旅なので壁が薄い事もそんなに気になりませんでした。 外の声は確かに聞こえますが返って「何をしゃべっているのかしら」と興味深々の三人でした。15日の独立記念日の夜は町の中に出てみんなと一緒に歩いてきました。生憎夜に激しい雨になりましたのでテレビで中継を見ましたがfファン・ガブリエルのコンサートには友人の一人が大ファンなので感激していました。歴史地区にも近くてその上安いので又メキシコへ行くのならここにしようかと思います。 スタッフの皆さんも拙いスペイン語の私達の話を良く聞いて下さって有難う御座いました。Mucho gracias!

便利な場所で価格の安いホテルで探している方にはおすすめです。 Ｗｉｆｉも使用可能です。 スタッフの対応は、中南米のサービス業の様子に慣れているかたなら ＯＫのラインだと思いますが、言葉の不慣れな方や日本に近いレベルのサービスを 求める方でしたら不満に感じるかもしれません。

가격 위치 시설 좋았던 곳”

가격이 싸게 나와 별 기대 없이 갔던 곳인데 지하철이나 버스 타기에도 좋았고, 걸어서 소깔로 광장 거기에도 나쁘지 않았어요. 복도에 얼음도 있어서 좋았고요 엘리베이터가 좀 작심 했지만 그럭 버럭 탈 만 했고.. 방도 깔끔 하고 커서 괞찬았습니다 다만 다른 방에서 술 먹고 이야기 하면 소음이 좀 있는게 단점이더라고요
