The place was great and looks pretty high end. We booked a 5 pax room and they laid out all the beds already when we got there. The room had a great view and the hotel is near the station. Lots of konbinis and service was excellent.
Highly recommended as a business hotel”
Convenient - Suidobashi Station is close by with a lot of eateries and at least 2 convenience stores are available too. Hotel itself is very clean and service was great. I had a very comfortable stay and that’s all I need from a hotel usually. FYI - It is not exactly close to a main road so if you like a quieter location that is still convenient, this is an ideal location indeed.
Excellent amenities, location and service”
Stayed for a week at this hotel at the deluxe room during Spring. Room was spotless and comes with a spacious bathroom for our use. The concierge was accommodating as well during our stay. The location is very close to iidabashi station and is just a few stations away from the main attractions in Tokyo. Highly recommend this hotel.
Good hotel - interesting location”
I was looking for something comfortable near Tokyo Dome and this hotel met my criteria. Room size was compact, but ok for the price, and clean/well appointed. Check-in/out was efficient, and as a large hotel, even with a queue, it only took five minutes. Window opens, good selection of restaurant near-by and the local train station is only 5-10 minutes away. I spend most of my life travelling/staying in hotels for my work, so I see a lot of hotels - this is one I would stay at again.
Small, clean rooms few minutes walk from subway station”
Might not be so easy to find if it is your first time. We are repeat guests and knew how to get there. Easy access to public transport, rooms are clean and check in/ check out are very prompt and fast. Fuss-free. There is a family mart convenience store in front of the hotel.
Everything is excellent. Very spacious family room can fit 5 pax in the room with Family Mart and a halal restaurant right in front of the hotel. Delicious bakery inside the hotel. Star buck and Convenient Shop just outside the hotel. Walking distance to both train stations IIdabashi & Sudobashi (connected to Tokyo Dome). Free shuttle bus to Disneyland & Disneysea. Just perfect for our family vacation. Awesome!
The hotel itself is excellent, the room is nice, clean and has lots of amneties. The hotel is surrounded by many shops, restaurant and convenient store. There's also a Halal restaurant just across the street. The nearest station is Iidabashi station which is about 5 minutes walk. The station is convenient because it has JR line and also other metro subway line to pretty much any part of tokyo. The hotel itself is located in the center of Tokyo city between Shinjuku and Akihabara. Overall I don't have any negative remarks. The hotel is excellent and the staff also very helpful and friendly.
If youre looking for a hotel in a peaceful place this is it! Clean, accommodating staff, helpful,. We dont have a tour package we go places in our own and since its near the train station its easy for us to travel.
Clean accomodation and attentive staff.”
Hotel a bit far from the train station when its raining during check out and you really need to get out of the hotel to catch your next train departure or flight since you have to walk around 10-15 minutes to get to iidabashi station.
Hotel's awesome and staff is brilliant.”
Hotel's quite nice and is in a decent location (a 5 minute walk to Iidabashi metro). Staff is very friendly and a 24 hour convenience store is just adjacent to the hotel. Room is quite modern / clean and is of a decent size (going by Japanese standards). Wouldn't mind staying here again.
Nice hotel conveniently located”
Great stay with really clean rooms - sheets changed every day and room service makes it a point to check in with you if it's past a certain time and you haven't left your room yet.. and good Disney shuttle saved us some money :) superb location with great metro lines :) nice staff!
Clean Hotel. No airport Tranfer.”
There are no airport limousine to the hotel. This hotel is more suitable for business travelers who travel light. It is about 15min walk to Iidabashi Metro subway station, with Yurakucho, Tozai & Toei line passing the station. The rooms are small. Mini Double bed is only good for 1 person, unless you are a very skinny & short couple. Room is clean, staffs are helpful.
Great rooms, and staff”
We had a room with four beds, that holds our group of four adults and my daughter (5yrs). The rooms is clean and nice view with morning sun into the room and over looking a ferris wheel and a roller coaster. Free shuttle service to Disneyland (book early) was a great bonus for families planning to spend a day or two in Disney. The nearest train/subway station is just 5-10 minutes away, but note on difficulty finding the correct exit (Exit A5) from the station. There is a FamilyMart and 7-11 just 1min walk away. Definately will come back.
Value for money”
I'll start with the bad. The regular rooms are very small. However, it is very clean and very comfortable. It has a boutique feel to it. The location of the hotel is also very good. Only a 5 min walk to Suidobashi station and Iidabashi station. It is also located in a CBD which has many restaurants 7-11 and starbucks. I would definitely recommend this place again and this hotel will be my defacto choice for my next stay in Tokyo.
Centrally located, clean and convenient Hotel”
I had stayed at the Metropolitan Edmont before and found it again a convenient option. Iidabashi is great location for dining and offers convenient shopping opportunities. Connections to JR line as well as various subways is in easy walking distance.

Kind receptionist & hotel staffs during check in time & during our stay @ the Hotel. 5-10 minutes walk to train station and easily connected to other travelling spots @ Tokyo. I will recommend this Hotel to those we will spend vacation in Tokyo.
I was very satisfied with my stay. The front desk staff spoke enough english to be helpful. For any Europeans thinking about this hotel, just ask the staff and they will supply you with an outlet converter to charge your phone among other things. The bed was adequate enough for my girlfriend. Finally the hotel was only a ten minute walk from the train station. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks.
Highly Recommended ”
Comfortable and clean room. We booked the family room which can accommodate up to 5 adults, value for money. Hotel is within walking distance to 2 different subway lines and there were restaurants and coffee places nearby and a Family mart just opposite the entrance. We also took a stroll to the Tokyo Dome and Bunkyo Civic Center (great panoramic view of the city) one morning. The concierge were super professional and helpful when we asked for directions!
A Great Location”
Found the hotel location to be excellent close to two stations (Suidobashi and IIdibashi) and a short walk to another. The neighborhoods around the two nearby stations had a good range of restaurants and evening venues however they were relatively quiet by Tokyo standards, not necessarily a bad thing though if you've had a long day. Staff spoke some English which was helpful to us and the hotel overall was spotlessly clean. We didn't eat in any of the restaurants at the hotel as we were out most days and nights. There are several mini-marts very close to the hotel which are very useful for stocking up on supplies such as drinking water. Overall I would highly recommend the hotel.
Thank you very much for your stay in Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo. We appreciate your kind feedback. We all are looking forward to welcoming you again in the near future. Best regards Supervisor - Web-marketing Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo
Hotel in the CBD area”
Hotel was average, few pro and cons Pro: 1)The hotel is partner with Disney so they have free shuttle bus to Disney resort which is good cuz they can help you transfer the luggage to the resort without hassle. 2) the hotel level 1 got a 24 hours Lawson and a bakery, opposite has a family mart and a Hong Kong restaurant. 3) if you willing to walk further down the road of the station, you will find a Sega arcade operating until midnight which is good as it is not the super popular place hence the staff are very willing to help you win the toys and figure. 4) Along the area has pubs and cafes and restaurants. 5) quiet neighborhood as after office hours the amount of people will be lesser Cons 1) the room are really small, we had 2 pieces 28” luggage and we can’t open up to take things or pack things, no walking space, with the bed and the side table only left us a L shape side of walkway. 2) the bathtub is not separated with the shower area, the only hotel out of my 4 Japan hotel which is not separated, no anti slip map given which is dangerous to shower after you have a foam bath. 3) TV channel again, they don’t have English Channel or any movie channel, no internet tv hence no Netflix, has VOD but you need to pay 1000yen for one day in order to watch the small selection of movie, I stayed for 6 days so I didn’t buy cuz its not worth it. 4) the location, yes it is near the station but not super near, a 10 min walk is needed and the nearest station is the private line subway, if you looking for a JR like you will need to walk a 15-20 min. If you don’t mind it’s will be ok but as we have JR pass we will need to use the pass. The station is not the one that within the loop so if you want go Shinjuku, Shibuya, Harajuku you will have to change line. 5) As it’s within CBD area, there are no shopping place or entertainment nearby, it might be abit boring at night if you still want to walk but don’t wish to travel far. 6) No laundry coin machine nearby, nearest have to wa
