I got a superior room with twin beds. Tee room is not that big but could mange 3 large bags in it. I pressed the "Make My Room" button every day and it was cleaned and made up when I got back in the evening. The staff were friendly and if you are driving, the carpark at the rear of the building is very accessible and affordable. Great location with 2-3 mins walk to the DT line. The gym had 2 treadmills, a cycling and weights machine and it had a 25 m pool with the ability to have 2 people swimming besides each other.

Perfect stay at Hotel Mi”
Amazing staff. Nice service and the room was clean. Accessible to all restaurant like food dynasty and also near at 7/11 and all transportations like Bus station, train station and Taxi/Grab waiting area. Also the receptionist offer us to book a grab or call a taxi cause we have to be at the airport at 3AM, such a big help. We are really happy and comfortable during our stay at Hotel Mi. We will be back again for sure maybe with family or friends. Great stay!😊

Location: very near to MRT station. Got 7 eleven in front of the hotel, so easy access for food and drinks (halal choices available for muslims). Room: very 'cute' size but sufficient for us. Managed to have a space for pray. Complete with small fridge, tv, and electic kettle. If you need ironing facility, you can ask, and they will send it to your room. Staff: the major highlight of this hotel, i would say is the warm hospitality from all the staff. From the smooth check in to check out, and answering all our requests. During check in, 1 of the staff also explained to me the kiblat direction in our room and other options if we want to pray at the very nearby mosque. We also requested for bottled drinking water so many times and they just gave to us every single time. Would definately come back here if we visit singapore again. Thank you very much Mi Hotel. The most friendly and accomodating staff made our trip to Singapore. Could not have asked for anything more. Rooms were very clean, eco friendly, with the beds very comfortable. Location is fantastic too with plenty to eat and do. Transport is easy to get to also.

Very clean sheets with comfortable bed - not too hard or soft. Had a good night's sleep. Bottled water. Enclosed shower with enough space. Would choose Hotel Mi again.

Been to different hotels in over 40+ countries,this hotel really impresses me most in terms of hospitality. On my last day, my flight was at night so i asked the hotel to use facilities at the pool to freshen up after i already checked out but the lady at the reception offered me to use a room for an hour instead! A few MRT stations are nearby. A food court is right opposite to the hotel. A bus stop nearly (bus36) can directly bring you to the Singapore Airport in around 40 minutes. I love its convenience.

Convenient location for Seniors!”
My family enjoyed staying in this hotel. The room might be small but it was fine with us since we were always out most of the time. My niece enjoyed the pool area. They also have free bottled water everyday and an ice maker. The hotel is near food court, restaurants and walking distance to Bugis, Capital Mall, Suntec (10 to 15 mins walking). Mrt station is just few steps away. Def want to stay here in this hotel again.

Its a great hotel as its location is good . the pool seems great. only pity is the soundproofing part. it can get quite noisy especially if you have noisy neighbours late night .

Location is fantastic. A lot of late night to 24-hour shops so you can easily get grub anytime of the day! Stone throw away from Bencoolen and Bras Basah MRT. Walking distance to Bugis, Cityhall and Sommerset area! Room is adequate and the water pressure in the toilet is good although the is no bidet. Soundproofing can be improved though. Overall it was a pleasant stay and will consider coming back again.

Terrific budget friendly hotel in great location! ”
The hotel is very clean and staff were super friendly. It was in a central location, close to bus stops and train stations. The rooms were quite new and clean, however they were a little small, but this didn’t bother us as we spent most of our time exploring the beautiful Singapore! Unfortunately, the buffet breakfast was very limited, however there was still good basic options such as toast, eggs and fried rice. Overall, great value for money and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Singapore and looking for a great budget friendly hotel.

Location is good. The room was bit small but very comfy and clean. Hot shower and bathrooms amenities are good enough. All staff are very kind and helpfull. Recommended place to stay in Singapore! For future improvement, adding more tv channel would be great. 😁
