Clean Room, Great Location:”
But seriously this is a very clean, and efficient hotel in Tokyo. It's proximity to the Meguro Station and Yamanonte Line make it a great option to other more costly areas. There is no food at the hotel however there are a number of restaurants in walking distance and it is right next door to a starbucks for that morning cup of coffee. The rooms are small, so if you are two people you should be very close. However I have stayed all over Tokyo and unless you pay a premium you will likely get a small room for your dollar. If you are working of visiting everything is just a train ride away, the staff is very helpful and courteous and there were English speakers available during my stays here. This is my third stay at this hotel so I can recommend it on good faith, I am privy to Mandarin Oriental and Park Hyatt (of movie fame) and if you want a luxurious stay this is not it, but if you want to use those extra hundreds/thousands for a few more days in Japan this is good alternative. Airport access, mostly - take the Keikyu line from the airport (Haneda) to Shinagawa then the Yamanonte line to Meguro Station. Optionally use Uber it's a decent value for the money here. Hope this review helps someone!

Typical Japanese business hotel - simple and clean”
This is a typical Japanese business hotel, meaning it is clean, the rooms are small and simple, and there are no exciting features to mention. It is quite simply a place to sleep for the night, and on a business trip, that's all you need! I needed extra time in the morning to prepare for my meeting so I extended my checkout by calling the front desk. This was very easy and incurred a small extra charge to my stay. The neighborhood is nice and has a lot of nice places to eat, assuming you can read and speak Japanese. For people who don't know Japanese, Meguro might not be the most easy place to navigate, but it's still much cheaper to stay here than in other neighborhoods, so I would recommend it nonetheless! Also, the hotel is right next to the train station and it's located on a main street so it's easy to find.

Would Stay Again”
The hotel is in a very good location. It is about a 3 minute walk from the Meguro Station and Shibuya, Harajuku, and Shinjuku are easily accessible by the Yamanote line. The neighborhood itself has several cafes and bars. The hotel room was small but had all of the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and the facilities were well maintained and clean.

Great little hotel near the station”
Fantastic. First night in Japan and was completely stress-free. Check-in took a few minutes and check-out was even quicker. Despite being a smoking room, the room was very clean and smelled great. It's the first hotel I check when staying in Meguro.

Nice location!”
The location of the hotel is great and near the Meguro station. Places to eat and a convenience store is near. The hotel is a little pricey for the small size of room like a business hotel, but did offer a little larger size room. Was a nice stay there...

So nice I stayed there twice!”
Stayed here again a few weeks ago and am planning on staying again tonight. It's so convenient - a few minutes' walk from Meguro JR station on the Yamanote line - and the rooms are nice. I'm 6' tall but the beds are the right size and my room was quite small but there's always room for my suitcase and other things. The wired internet is fast and hassle-free

Great no-frills hotel in convenient location.”
good value-for-money hotel conveniently close to meguro yamanote line station with plentiful affordable restaurants nearby. room is small with no cupboards for clothes (hangers only) but clean and quiet; pleasant small temple to visit nearby. super-cheap breakfast at jpy (really). front desk is pretty minimal and you really need to speak a bit of japanese to get the most out of it. probably not suitable for a non-japanese family group but for anyone else planning to spend most of the time outside the hotel an ideal cheap spot to sleep and wash. make sure your laptop has an ethernet port as there is no wifi in the rooms.

Great location but small room”
A quiet and less crowded surrounding makes the stay feel comfortable and less hectic. It is located closely to train station and there are many nice and small eateries around. A stroll to Meguro river is relaxed. Though Japan is relatively a safe country, the hotel has very secured access system. Besides the usual room keycard to access the lift to your room, it has additional security check after midnight. The main lobby door will be locked during 12mn-6am. Access is only possible after you have intercom the hotel's receptionist to open the door for you.

Comfortable Hotel”
-Just 5 mins walk from JR Meguro Station -Shopping mall (Atre) located at JR station with fresh food market, medicine store, uniquo, supermarket and book shops -Many resturants nearby -Window can partly open to let fresh air come in - Starbucks downstair to hotel - No as much shopping stores as Shinjuku or Shibuya area, but you can enjoy compartively quiet environment - 5mins train to Shibuya, 15mins to Shijuku

Not for Business”
Several hotels like this one are charging significant fees if you don't checkout by 10 AM. At the same time checking in before 3PM is also the rule. This plan not for business travelers.

Small but great”
The room was small, but big enough. WiFi was good, location superb: 2 minute walk to the rail station, 7-Eleven downstairs, many restaurants nearby. Tiny bathroom, but it was excellent.
