Good, but lacking some stuff”
First thing, it´s a relatively cheap hotel with large rooms. Its clean and everything works. Only downside from service point of view is that there were no towels so don´t forget to bring your own. Otherwise well worth it.

Good location, clean, great staff good value. Weird sunken sitting are and raised bed makes it difficult to navigate in the night. Needs paint. Pool under construction Agoda or hotel should have mentioned this.

+ For a night or two/three. Pool nice. But it is many stairs up. Gorgeous view. Staff friendly and helpful. Green and nice surroundings. Near centrum. Free WiFi. - it was raining outside and it came in to bathroom just little. But it smells mold in room. And closet in bathroom where dirty and humid. We had our stuff in our luggage. Not one place (except that dirty closet)to hang a clothing, not a hook nothing.

NO GO Hotel”
The hotel was very disappointing. The swimming pool was under construction. We payed for a deluxe room via Agoda Rp. 200.000 more than you have to pay in the hotel. On the balcony above our room they were smoking and all the smoke came into our room (through the aircon). They were having a party till 2 o’clock in the morning and started again before 5 o’clock. So we had little sleep. The breakfast was disappointing, this is for both the Indonesian as the continental breakfast. The staff was very poor, they hardy spoke any other language than Indonesian. The room wasn’t cleaned after a night. We only stayed two nights, but that was more then enough.

Comfortable retreat from a noisy city”
This is a good place to rest up if you are passing through Manado. The staff at reception are very helpful and efficient. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. TV and wifi worked well. Nice greenery around the grounds - a lot of steps up and down though (the hotel is built on a step hill). The best part was having a swimming pool at the top, which has a superb view over the city and the bay and over to the mountains. There is also a small fitness gym that looked good, but we didn't use it. Breakfast had a good variety of food, including some traditional cakes.

Beautiful place to stay”
Hotel is build up on hill so you have to climb up stairs to get into your room and pool. There are many different houses and you have your own entrance and small terrace so it feels like own home. And then you have nicely decorated jungle patio and its nice place to stay after busy city. Also pool is so cool and you have the best views from there. Only thing i was disturbed was that local people came also to use the pool so sometimes it was full of teens and you cant fit in and they stared at you when you want to just sit and relax in your own terrace or swim in pool. Also when you try to order food from restaurant its soooo slow and they wont answer the phone! First day when we ordered food they said to us that the cook went to buy some vegetables and comes back within one hour...where he went to buy those!?! Hotel is located right in middle of the city. But food was great when we got it. Also room was nice and clean

nice sea view”
Nice place with good service and attentive staff. Fantastic seaview from front rooms. Unfortunately room and corridor on 9th floor had an unpleasant mould smell and this needs attention. Internet was not working but this was adequately solved by staff. Overall a good experience and recommended place.

Great location and not very nice service”
When I came the receptionist not really friendly. He said that there was no room available. I gave the paper from Agoda and said I paid it already. After that, he said they still have one room. I don't know how the coordination between Agoda and Minahasa hotel. But please this situation will not happen in the future.

Good location and helpful staff”
Average 3 star hotel, clean rooms though slightly disconcertingly sprayed with insecticide prior to our entering. Basic breakfast though tea and coffee available all day Pool over-rated up a steep path,good view of the neighbourhood. Staff nice and helpful bar and restaurant virtually opposite.

Nice view, if you are lucky”
In fact a nice hotel with nice rooms, but you can also get older rooms or even a room without a window. They wanted to put me in a room, of which I thought that it was a storage room. I declined and they arranged another room. When I walked through the premises I saw newer rooms, built against a steep hill, but it looked very nice. Because I just changed my room and I was only staying for one night I didn’t bothered asking for another room.

Nice but not the cleanest ”
Rooms were nice but not overly clean. Bathroom was gross! The shower had mildew caked all over the shower head and when you turned the light on the fan went on as well and made the room smell terrible! When we were eating a rat ran by our heads and when we pointed it out to the staff they pretty much just laughed at us and continued doing nothing.
