Nice hotel”
A new hotel located within a residential area. Some taxi drivers are not so familiar because it is located about 500metres from the main road. The hotel is quiet and safe. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful though English is not so easily understood. Food ordered in room service is excellent. Breakfast with variety of local dishes. Not easy to catch a cab, but no worries, as hotel staff helps you to call one in. Taxis in Yangon can be very dirty and dusty inside - so do not expect to get clean ones. Remember to ask the hotel staff to tell the taxi drivers where you are going, as many do not understand English too.

Basic hotel far from everything”
I usually stay closer to downtown, but wanted to try a new hotel. The room was average - comfortable bed, amenities, but musty smelling (not unusual for bathrooms in this regio ). However as I was traveling for business and had several appointments around town the location was a huge disadvantage. On my furst morning, it took about 40 minutes to get a taxi - possibly the staff was confused because I requested, on my way to breakfast, for a taxi at 8:30. It was so long I had to cancel my first appointment. Second with traffic getting increasingly bad on yangon, it took over an hour to drive to downtown. If you're visiting as a tourist, there's really nothing nearby and it would be difficult to get to the typical sites.

convenient for early flight”
This hotel was only opened for 2 weeks. I think we were the 1st guests in our room. I chose it for it's close location to the airport. Being new the staff was still ironing out the kinks. They were gracious and friendly with lots of smiles.

New business hotel at reasonable rate”
We booked for one night as it was nearer airport. Taxi to airport was Ks 3000. Although it is situated in residential area with no attractions, there is a village nearby to explore. Staff will go out to main road to hail a cab and bring it back to hotel when you ask for one.

Close to Myanmar Convention Centre”
If you need to be close to the Myanmar Convention Centre, this is the hotel for you. It is approximately 9kms from the city centre, so its location may not suit everyone. However it is a new building, set back from the road so it is very quiet and super clean with some great little touches. Such as the mother-of-pearl soap holder, and small ceramic bottles to hold shower gel and shampoo. The dressing gowns are also made from raw cotton, very comfortable to wear and unique. I can highly recommend this hotel

clean , nice hotel but far from city”
The hotel locates quite far from the city. Taxi is rare to find, ask hotel for arrangement. Clean and nice room but the maid forgot to clean my rooms And the bath room supplement has not supplied everyday if thr management can slove this problem this hotel is good choice for business travelers compare to other old hotels in downtown.

Close to airport friendly staff but damp bed linen”
This hotel is located out of town close to the airport, however we arrived late night and the taxi driver had difficulty locating it as it is situated in quite a secluded area. You'll need to rely on vehicles to get you around as there is nothing much within walking distance of the hotel. The bedding which we slept on was damp and water leaks from the shower screen out to the toilet floor. Average comfort for me considering the hotel is supposed to be new and the price we paid werent exactly cheap for Myanmar's standards. However staff were friendly and helpful and the place is generally clean.

It was my first stay in this Hotel. Except the bathroom, which was not well organised, everything was very good. Breakfast was good. Staffs were caring and attentive.

Away from city noise, great bed”
Room was quiet, mini fridge compressor noise was reasonably silent so as the air conditioner. I had a good sleep. Pantry staff was helpful and understood me. So as reception people. I shall return. Room charges and food were reasonable.

The hotel is new, very clean and the room is big for 2 peoples. The breakfast is also nice if you like to try Burmese traditional food. But far from shopping center.

Brand New Hotel”
the stay was average. although the hotel was brand new and it was way out of the way from anything. it is located in a residential village, so there is no place to walk to to buy food or get a drink. since its new taxis do not know where it is. my room was on top floor with a water pump right on top of it, so i would hear it go and and off the whole night. told the staff to turn if off at night but this caused weak water when showeringh late at night. it your main concern is comfortable pillows, new sheets, comforters, blankets and you do alot of businss at MICT then this place is for you. Just request aa taxi 5 mins before you go down from your room. Breakfast is a choice between fried rice and fried noodles. i convinced the staff to give me Mohionga instead which made the breakfast better. But the kitchen at that time did not exist.

Many mosquitos...”
Location is not good and it's not easy to access this hotel without a car. Staff is very friendly and my room was clean enough. However, I could not sleep well cause there were many mosquitos...
