Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Trotz das es neu gebaut ist sind die Fenster nur mit Einscheibenverglasung und undicht, daher hört man die ganze Straße. Das Gleiche gilt für die Zimmertür, wodurch man jeden Schritt und jedes Wort aus dem Gang und dem Treppenhaus hört, wo es sehr hallt. Im Zimmer gibt es ein Gerät was die Stromzufuhr für die Klimaanlage regelt. Leider hat dieses Gerät zwei schöne grüne Lämpchen die einen direkt anstrahlen wenn man im Bett liegt, mich hat das beim Schlafen gestört. Das Wissen und die englische Sprache der Leute an der Rezeption ist sehr dürftig (Ich hatte zum Beispiel nach einem Café bzw. einer Bäckerei gefragt, nach Angabe der Rezeption gäbe es beides nicht, wobei es in der Hauptstraße beides hat.). Das Frühstück liegt unter dem Mittelmaß von Myanmar (z.B. sind die eigentlich warmen Speisen kalt). Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr klein und nicht ansprechend, so als hätte man nach dem Bau des Hotels festgestellt, dass man noch einen Frühstücksraum braucht und die Vorratskammer dafür hergerichtet. Der Preis ist völlig unverhältnismäßig.
