Basic room ”
Basic room, nice restaurant area, good for socializing, food is good, and location convenient. Lots of things to improve: 1) communication with Ba. We had issues with Ba because he never told us that the water is limited and we lost water in the middle of our showers. We couldn't take a shower one day or flush the toilet because the hotel lost all its water and he didn't even explained why and didn't apologize. It would be nice if he explains this from the beginning so we people can plan accordingly. 2) Ba needs to chill if people don't book camel safari with him. He got kinda upset because we didn't want his safari. 3) Bed sheets were dirty when we arrived. We had to ask him to change them because they were clearly dirty and used. He was fine with that and changed them. 4) He tries to be nice, especially with women,but sometimes it can feel creepy if you are by yourself. This is just the way I felt. Not everyone have felt this way. 5) No mirror and no toilet paper in room.

Mini haven in the heart of Golden Fort”
Ba's Mirage hotel was the perfect choice for us. I picked this place based on reviews and particularly everyone's appreciation of Ba who owns and runs the place. He was every bit the words of the reviews. Kind, learned, hospitable and tireless one man army. His place is a small but perfect spot to check into, relax, sunbathe, have a cuppa and make new friends almost everyday. We stayed 2 whole days and felt like it was a week. The facilities are perfect for the price and ambiance. Lovely cafe, laid back spaces, terraces and cozy rooms and perfect and safe parking for bikes (I had a Bonneville). Ba will provide you with whatever you need and whenever you need it. He is well spoken and always comes with a smile - I'd say for many hospitality folks, he should be the template for hospitality and patronage. Thank you Ba. I will be back soon :)

A home in the desert”
If you are looking for a quiet, clean and friendly place to spend a few days in Jaisalmer, then Mirage Hotel is exactly what you need. The location is very convenient, only a few steps from everything that you need. The place is clean, and most importantly, the staff makes you feel right at home. Ba, the owner, takes really good care of you and treat you just like family. I highly recommend Mirage Hotel! Thank you Ba! Ciro

Wonderful stay”
We had a wonderful stay at Mirage hotel. The owner, Ba, really took care of us and made us feel like we had a home in (sometimes hectic) india. The rooms are simple but nice and there is the restaurant on the balcony, a perfect place to unwind and relax. We also booked a desert tour (2D/1N) with Ba, which was done by his uncle. It was wonderful and we'd recommend it to anyone. I would definitely come back here.

Great place for the price. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cooks great food too. Very chiĺl place not pushy to just book you tours. Great roof lounge too. Room was simple yet cozy. Clean and quiet.

A little Gem in the heart of the Fort ”
Ba is very welcoming and friendly. He creates a very relaxing atmosphere from start to finish. The cafe has the best views of the city palace and is a comfy place to spend the evening after a long day exploring. Excellent food, try the mushroom pes curry!! Ba can organise an excellent camel Safari which is well and truly off the beaten track. The rooms are small and comfy and excellent value for money. Stay here if visiting Jaisalmer!We had a lovely time and would come again. Thank you Ba.

Ba- went above and beyond
I was so I'll with gastroenteritis. Ba took me to the hospital and translated everything. He even gave me some therapy learnt from his grandfather. He went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible. I will be forever greatful for his hospitality and care. The location of the hotel is perfect as well. Very chill rooftop

Great little hotel in Jaisalmer”
The owner is lovely, the hotel is in a great position in the fort and they provide some of the best camel safaris
Ba the hotel owner is a warm and genuine man. He looked after us well and helped us with anything we needed and was super easy going. Little things like showing us where his fridge was so we could get water whenever we wanted made us feel at home. Also the hotel had a pretty decent internet connection. The room is pretty basic but clean and comfortable, however we didn't spend much time in it as the restaurant area is great to chill out in. I would definitely recommend Mirage as a great base to explore Jaisalmer from.

The best inside the fort !”
Ba nous installe dans son hotel comme à la maison ! Toujours souriant, de bons conseils, jamais trop insistant, nous avons prolongé notre séjour à Jaisalmer pour profiter de ce coin de tranquillité ! Nous avons passé de d'excellentes soirées sur la terrasse, partager avec Ba et les voyageurs de l'hotel, un magnifique concert pour holi.... Je recommande sincèrement ;) Nous avons également réservé notre trip dans le desert auprès de Ba, une expérience unique et riche de découvertes.
